In this article the author shares pedagogical experience of formation discursive competence of students of the faculty "Management" during the sequential action of two corresponding federal state educational standards of bachelor level, which resulted in problems of scientific research. On a theoretical level, it provides a comparative analysis of the scientific literature and regulations dealing with the formation of discursive competence of students-managers. At the empirical level, it used methods of observation and generalization of pedagogical experience. Conclusions at the end of the work can be taken into account when training and for further research.

The issue of implementation of inclusive education is very important. The author shows the results of the ascertaining experiment, conducted on the basis of MSCEI “Kindergarten of a combined type №80 of Saransk” to find optimal conditions contributing to the effective implementation of psycho-pedagogical support of preschool children with severe mental retardation.

The paper presents an educational project, the main task of which is reduced to an aggravation of pupils' interest to creativity of the great poet A.S. Pushkin, as well as improvement of the efficiency of his works reading by intellectually and artistically gifted children. The classification of Pushkin's characters by the parameters of perception of reality, honor and prestige, enlightenment and learning is made in the work. The author points out the possibility of preparation the the script of the play “Love and secret freedom” and organization of elective course “Workshop of Pushkin’s verse” within the scope of the project.

The author of the article notes that interest to the problems of education philosophy is due to anthropological crisis, the need for interpretation in these terms the unique nature of the serights in the context of the goals of modern education. In the terms of education reformation in the Republic of Kazakhstan humanistic potential of philosophy of education is updated, aimed at forming a fully developed individual, free and responsible person. Philosophy of education is based on the effective recognition of the value, originality, integrity, personality, of his right to the free development and expression of their abilities. In the beginning of the XX century European school-teaching practice needs radical changes, the traditional school of study has been heavily criticized, needed reforms. Philosophy of education of that time provided in this article by the creative work of prominent reformers – humanists had actual implementation in teaching practice in the form of school coomunity of John Dewey and Summerhill-school of Alexander Neill.

The article is devoted to the analysis of lexicography establishment of complex synthesis units of Russian verb. The variants of the submission of verbal modifiers and modifications within the experimental explanatory and word-formation dictionary developed by Associate Professor of I.V. Ivlievoy Science and Technology University of Missouri have been discussed. We sketched the range of problems which appear while trying to describe all complex semantic increments of synthesized sound verbs. Both undoubtedly positive results of the author's research – a real opportunity to codify the units of verbal synthesis according to developed models of entries and contentious issues, according to specified meaning it is not possible to synthesize all the verbs of sound semantic, are confirmed and reasoned.

Author defines the need for using modern information technologies in the educational process of the higher school as stimulators for students' self-realization. Author haves found attributive signs and modalities of students' self-realization and described the related functions of information technologies – actual and potential. The actual contour is formed by such functions as: descriptive, representative, exhibiting, search- heuristic, imprinting etc. The contour of potential functions is made by such functions of information technologies as: reflexive, activation function, inclusive, motivating, self-manifestation, amplification etc. Together both contours of functions form the holistic information environment of opportunities for students' self-realization in the format the «person-to-person» educational interaction.

The author rightly raises the question of the means of protection against the manipulation with consciousness to be possessed by citizens, but since the technology of manipulation of consciousness is used by all the media and politicians, the question arises: is this profitable for the government to train its own citizens to counteract the manipulation.

The paper gives a brief analysis of the information relevance and considers contemporary views on the significance of creative teacher-students' interaction in modern higher educational institutions.
