This article reveals the term “compliance control” and its role in protection interests of private investors. In the context of international cooperation, the anticipation of risks arising in the process of attracting investments becomes especially important.

This research was aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the emotional intelligence of basketball coaches. The study involved 22 basketball coaches (12 men and 10 women). The concept of emotional intelligence in this research as- the ability to regulate social and emotional behavior. Schutte inventory was used in the study. According to the results of the study, women had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the perception of emotion and managing other people's emotions of the components of emotional intelligence, while men had higher estimates of managing one's emotions. The component using emotions scores were higher in women, but insignificantly.

In the cases of majority of neurological diseases the symptoms of depression have significant influence on the worsening of the quality of patient’s life, regardless of the severity of the neurological disorders. In the most of neurodegenerative diseases the symptoms of depression often precede the appearance of neurological symptoms. Within recent years, numerous studies have been published demonstrating that disorders of depressive spectrum can be considered as a predictor of some types of dementia. Existing data regarding the methods of therapeutic intervention for depression in the clinical practice are rather scarce, scattered and often based on the «personal experience» of neurologists and psychiatrists. In some patients the diagnostics of depression in the context of neurological disorders can be difficult due to the difficulties in the establishing the contact with the patient as well as cognitive deviations related to neurological disorders. In order to facilitate this task, the effective screening diagnostic methods have been developed for the diagnosis of depression in the context of neurological diseases. The results of clinical studies performed within recent years confirm the important role of the neurologist for the evaluation and the treatment of the symptoms of depression, both at the initial stage and at the stage of remission. The purpose of the current review is to systematize the accumulated data on the disorders of depressive spectrum in the context of neurological practice, as well as to demonstrate the role of neurologist in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms of depression in neurological diseases.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a widespread, severe neurobiological disorder that occurs in childhood and adolescence and has a negative impact on social functioning in adulthood. Currently, there are several strategies for the treatment of ADHD including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapeutic interventions. Due to the expansion of the range of available drugs, for practical doctors to choose the tactics of therapy and to set priorities in the treatment process becomes more challenging. The aim of this review is to systematize the evidence-based literature on the treatment of ADHD, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The review considers the main mechanisms of action of the drugs used, the role of non-drug methods of treatment, as well as drugs that are not widely used. The most relevant treatment approaches, which have been proven to be effective and safe, are discussed.
