The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.

The purpose of the study is to compare the indicators of the physical development of 12 years aged children in the main and preparatory groups of physical fitness. The study of physical development in the main and preparatory groups (among 12 years old boys and girls) was carried out by clinical anthropometry with determination of body length and weight, as well as physiometry with determination of lung capacity and muscle strength of the right and left hands. It turned out that the strength of the left and right hands of boys assigned to the main group of medical fitness was statistically significantly higher than that of boys assigned to the preparatory group of physical fitness.

Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

The issue of psychological problems in children who enter kindergarten is growing more urgent. If you visit the kindergarten in summer during the period of newcomers’ adaptation, you will usually see the following scene: the parent consigns their child to the kindergarten, but the child is struggling to get used to the new conditions: he/she cries for hours, doesn't want to listen and follow the teacher, detaches from other kids, constantly asks the teacher to bring the mother back etc. Even if parents strictly follow the adaptation rules, for example, leaving the child with the teacher only for half-an-hour to hour, or staying with the child during the outdoor activities, or consigning the child to the care of an experienced teacher etc., it all may bring no result. In this article, we will try to discover the cause of all mentioned problems using the research of popular psychology and pedagogy scientists.

The article looks into the problem of preventing the difficulties connected with sociocultural barrier in the international groups of students of MSc. Program as the most significant barrier that hinders the process of studies. The factors that create such barriers have been analyzed. The article is focused on the role of municipal government in the framework of the development policy of rural territories of Russia. This article is devoted to econometric modeling of regional economic growth factors in the Russian Federation in different regions using panel data models. The key factors that influence the level of development of a regional subject of the country are identified, and the subjects themselves are ranked according to the degree of their own development potential.
