The purpose of the article is to analyze the normative and legal documents of the sphere of education in the field of project activity. To date, the use of project activity technology is a prerequisite for the implementation of the federal state educational standard of general education. The article is devoted to the issue of forming cognitive interest in younger students with intellectual disability. The issue is present not only among children with intellectual disability, but it is with them that it is most difficult to form it, since in primary school age these children still have a predominant play activity, as a result of which children with intellectual disability have distorted conception about the world around them. Intellectually disabled students tend to have a superficial acquaintance with any subject, as a result of which it is quite difficult for them to analyze and synthesize, so their perception and understanding also suffers. The correctional program presented in the article has a mission to eliminate these problems and help children in the formation of correct cognition.

This article focuses on the equality of the estimated late losses resulting from the application of the chain ladder model to the estimates obtained on the basis of the incremental development triangle by cross-parameterizing the rated increments of losses with Poisson distributions using the generalized linear model. In this article, the formulas of the chain ladder model are derived by solving the problem of cross parameterization of rated increments of losses. Smaller accounting groups than the risk, along which the development triangle is formed, make conclusions about the possible bases for the sharing of reserves. This issue may be relevant for the further calculation of actuarial premiums.

The ways to improve the efficiency of transportation of raw materials along the Northern sea route are reviewed. The author assesses the importance of the Arctic region for the Russian Federation as a whole, as well as he points out the need for its development in the near future.

Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and conduct disorder (CD), which usually develop at the age below 18, are considered as a sustainable antisocial and aggressive types of behavior, stepping beyond the borders of socially accepted standards. Within the recent decades, significant success has been achieved in the diagnosis and long-term predictive assessment of different types of behavioral aberrations, occurring during the childhood and adolescence. Early development of behavioral disorders forms unfavorable predictions and correlates with biological and social risk factors, such as attention deficit, impulse control disorder and unfavorable social environment. Most of the clinical observations confirm the effectiveness of different psychotherapeutic programs in the therapy of ODD/CD. The drug treatment is proposed to be used only in the severe cases, or in the cases when psychotherapeutic methods are not effective.

The following are examples of how the influence of the game on a person, their mood, emotional state and psyche in general can be studied. The mechanism that affects the consolidation of a new positive experience and the transformation that occurred in the game, is described. The mechanism that is embedded in our body, in physiology, is based on the production of hormones. It is through evaluating and observing the emotional state of the participants in the game that we can see how the game changes not only the emotional state of the participants, but also strengthens their resilience.
