It is clear that didactic system, more and more becomes a man-machine (cybernetic) learning system with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Didactic Engineering – a methodology (theory, practice, diagnosis) organization to address didactic problems. This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).

The authors made an attempt to establish connection between the development of students’ intellectual activity and the formation of their safe behavior.
