The article presents the results of a complex study of the introduction of vitamin and microelement complexes with the pharmacological adaptogen on the immunological resistance of the young people. There is a more pronounced increase in the functional capacity of the organism under the influence of vitamin and microelement additives to food, especially in combination with the pharmacologically adaptogen, due to the positive effect of these complexes on the intensity of the exchange of trace elements, mainly iron, on hematopoiesis and immunological reactivity of the organism.

This article is devoted to the study of the vitamin and mineral status in the 11th grade school students and university students of the Surgut State University. On the basis of analysis of the survey data, the characteristics of the nutritional status in the groups studied and their link with the lifestyle were revealed, and the corresponding recommendations were formulated.

The regularities of radon distribution at the objects of the construction complex were established, depending on the influence of various factors. The aim of the study is to compare health literacy rates among sedentary workers with different physical activity levels. To achieve this goal the as a method of measuring of health literacy indicators. The results showed that sedentary workers with sufficient physical activity have higher scores on the "General health literacy", "Health care" and "Health promotion" scales, compared to sedentary workers with insufficient physical activity.

The paper is dedicated to comparison of adrenal-dependent erythrocyte sedimentation (AES) among women who suffer from ischemic heart disease (IHD) and healthy young women.
