The article considers the contribution of the Romanov’s family to the creation of the Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society. Pilgrimage trips to the Holy Land, which were carried out by representatives of the Romanov’s family, were associated with tribute to the memory of deceased relatives. This was the occasion to provide a patronage in the activities of society in Palestine and the Russian Empire.

Theoretical and methodological basis is laid down by principles and aspects of activity and system approach as well as common management patterns acting as programmability of social actions applied in process-oriented approach. The author used methodology of the regulated influence of pursued policies and programs and such sociological methods of work as the collection, analysis, generalization, systematization of information.

The famous triad of Zaratushtra about good thought, good word and good deed continues to be a morality pointer for all contemporary mankind.

The article is devoted to the study of the free-rider problem in a postindustrial society. This problem is often always discussed from the point of view of evading by some individuals from payments in financing public goods production, which reduces the possibility of their optimal production. But the costs of individuals consist not only of such payments. And if the consumption of these benefits is possible without compensation by individuals for the financial costs of their production, then from a different kind of costs - the expenditure of personal time for their consumption (in the postindustrial society it is a rare economic resource for and individual), they cannot evade, and this can change the consequences of the free-rider problem. Therefore, when the theory, speaking of the free-rider problem, focuses attention on non-payment of taxes and losses of suppliers of goods, it should be taken into account that in post-industrial society, the stowaways themselves will suffer losses, since by their actions they increase not only the expenses of the personal time of all consumers, but also their own. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the free-rider problem not only from the point of view of evading payments, but also from the standpoint of the costs of the personal time of consumers of goods.

In the article the author has built the program of the course of extracurricular work in mathematics for grades 5–7. The principle of program construction is considered. The article gives the details of the school curriculum.

In the article the author conducted a study of the competency-based approach in education. Based on the results of the study, it was noted that the competence approach in pedagogical science develops throughout all the stages of the twentieth century.

The author typologizes historiographical works on the history of Freemasonry, which studies the problems of version formation of «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia. The article shows the cultural and historical specificity of «Masonic conspiracy» in European and Russian policy, ztructures chronology of activities of Masonic organizations aimed at the formation of a political conspiracy against the Russian Orthodox monarchy. The author investigates the activities of prominent representatives of Russian culture and the Russian government, the participants of Masonic organizations and issue of taking control of the Russian state authorities Masonic lodges in Russia and also the differences in the activity of Masonic and paramasonskih societies. The relationship of Masonry and the «liberation movement» has been analyzed. As a result, the author concluded that the «Masonic conspiracy» in Russia had been presented as the highest form of organization of anti-government forces, which under the cover of political liberalism and cultural and educational activities pursued the goal of political upheaval and the elimination of autocracy.

The author raises the problem of the construction of ecological civilization in China in terms of the definition of «ecological civilization» in the context of traditional Chinese culture in its relationship with the traditional and the modern understanding of harmony and harmonious society, and the development of regulation in the sphere of environmental protection. In the article the analysis of philosophical aspects of this problem is given. The author demonstrates the approach developed by the Chinese scholars to understanding of the ecological civilization as a new stage in the human society’s development coming after industrial society. In conclusion the author proposes to consider this approach a necessary civilizational choice that is to be made by the Chinese society.
