The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. The educational and methodological work provides for improving the quality of methodological training of the teaching staff, the development of thematic plans, methodological manuals and other methodological materials. The university should carry out systematic work on methodological support not only for individual academic disciplines, but also for educational processes that ensure the preparation of bachelor's and master's degrees.

This article deals with the problem of implementation in the educational process of new computer technologies. This training flash program is recommended for implementation in the educational process in educational practice and it consists of «Care for surgical patients» module. The computer program includes educational material, revealing the structure and equipment of the surgical department with the use of animation clip. In order to check the quality of learning, the student must pass a test and solve situational problems. This article is devoted to the indicated problem.

Horizontal interaction problems are particularly relevant for the formal hierarchical systems in which vertical communications are tightly regulated and defined by accountability of subordinate units by higher ones. The article considers the problem of the effectiveness of horizontal communication on the state and municipal service. Approaches to determine the effectiveness of communication process, types of horizontal communication, as well as the characteristic features of the barriers and interagency cooperation are described. The possible ways to improve horizontal communication are offered.

Due to the introduction of score-rating system (SRS), the learning process becomes more transparent and traceable, that allows to intervene in a proper time in the process for best results achievement. What is more, the authors discovered the peculiarities of advertising budgeting of a commercial bank, analyzes different methods of determining the advertising budget and controlling the work of an advertising department of a commercial bank.
