«Methods of development of corporate strategy of territorial market expansion, based on principles of project management»

Methodological approaches to areas attraction assessment were considered; actual attraction assessment models of I. Ansoff’s strategy management areas were proposed to supplement «social-image-investment environment» indicator. Attraction assessment’s criteria and parameters of new territorial market were reviewed. Methodology for risks classification, ELLIPS-PrO matrix, was proposed to assess the volatility level. Methodological approaches analysis to corporate project management system (CPMS) implementation in Russian companies was conducted. CPMS has been supplemented by the «corporate project culture» and «assure strategic compliance tools» elements.

This paper analyzes the investment projects of grain deep processing. Deep processing of grain is the allocation and use of grain components. In the United States 36 percent of grain crop is exposed to deep processing. For Russia, the deep processing of grain is a relatively new concept. Its development in the Russian Federation will allow to produce high-tech products, which are in strong demand on the world market. Deep processing of grain is an integral part of import substitution. Despite the fact that the grain processing plants pay off just in 5 years, no plant has been built until recently. After joining the WTO alcohol production will be unprofitable without the production of grain processing products. The authors explore the market of wheat gluten, the starch market, the market of glucose-fructose syrup and the public-private partnership.

The computer program to predict the market value of residential real estate of the city Perm are developed. The program is based on a neural network trained on the results of the information resources available on the estate. After excluding emissions associated with false information, the average relative error of the results of the neural network prediction was 1.03%. The valuing the input parameters was performed using a neural network model.

«The influence of digital branding on the competitiveness of a company in modern conditions»

In today's world, creating a successful business requires not only quality goods or services, but also a unique company image. The key element of marketing strategy – branding – is used to create it. Digital branding is becoming increasingly important in the use of digital communication channels to strengthen the brand, it is aimed at creating a positive impression of the brand in the online space, attracting the audience and increasing recognition. This article analyzes information sources on the topic under study and uses the example of the Golden Apple company to consider the tools and ways to achieve the goal with the help of digital branding: it highlights cases of interaction with other companies to implement and upgrade various digital components, and presents the financial results of the organization in recent years, indicating the successful functioning of the applied branding tools and, as a consequence, the competitiveness of the company.
