The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education. The methodology and technology of a point-rating evaluation of the training session with students at the university is substantiated in the process of organizational and methodical activities for the control of the educational process at the faculty of the university. The article presents the “Technological map of the analysis of the training session” and justifies the technology of the score-rating evaluation of the training session in the system of higher professional education.

The monograph explores the process of presentation and analysis of the UK and the British Commonwealth of Nations school system in 1920–1930th in N.A. Hans’ pedagogical publications. Playing the role of the translator of the Western progressive pedagogical ideas, the scholar made a thorough research of the English-speaking countries school system. He thought the adaptation of this experience for Russian émigré school practice was a crucial condition for its modern development.

The processes of educational system development in Sevastopol, commonly referred to as modernization, are implemented as a state idea and a state project – “from above”, through the introduction of various innovations. The assessment of outputs and outcomes of innovation is not made from the standpoint of achieving the overall objectives of modernization but from the position of the successful solution of specific problems, which give a fragmentary idea about the current level of the city education system development as a whole.

The paper considers the problem of the formation of a competent manager, who is able to fulfill the tasks, aimed at effective organizational development of not only autonomous enterprises, but also intensively forming innovative cluster formations of regions that is relevant in the current economic, social and political development of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that today the formation and improvement of the manager's personal competence as a component of professional competence, acquires great importance in order to create the necessary conditions for the successful functioning of the territorial cluster. The structural and contextual essence of the manager's personal competence as a universal component of the individual is specified. The main features of the manager's personal competence in the context of cluster entities are determined, taking into account the specifics of the region, the comprehensive interaction of cluster enterprises, the features of corporate partnership and individual cooperation.

The monograph examines the problem for the role of team within the time of continuing qualification, without subsequent certification of starting-up teachers. Analysis has been made of the normative documents, specialized pedagogic and methodological literature. Целью данной статьи является определение понятия «правовая компетентность работников образования». Определяется неоднозначность трактовки нормативных основ правовой компетентности работников образования в связи с различными подходами к пониманию правовой компетентности. Основными методами достижения результатов являются формально-юридический, системный, сравнительно-правовой, отдельные логические приемы.

В данной статье рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования системы управления вузом в условиях высокой скорости изменений. Предложено использовать возможности стратегического управления, проектного менеджмента и маркетинга для обеспечения конкурентоспособности организаций высшего образования.

Статья посвящена изучению финансовых результатов деятельности муниципальных образований Чувашской Республики, которые наглядно отражают финансовый потенциал республики, влияющий на функционирование экономики региона и направленный на достижение стратегических и тактических целей социально-экономического развития Чувашской Республики. The article presents a brief historical review of works published in different periods. These works contain the analysis of the Russian artillery state and military science development, including artillery science during the period under consideration. The author pays attention to different sources dealing with this problem. The article provides contradictory conclusions and estimations characterizing, first of all, the Russian artillery state during the reign of Catherine the Great.

It was prepared by Svetlana Vladimirovna Senator, a journalist-correspondent and Sergey Viktorovich Vasiliev, a candidate of historical sciences and leading expert NP «Silver ring of Russia». The author of the paper focuses the readers’ attention on the following topics: why derivational analysis and knowledge of derivational patterns are important for a young learner in mastering the English language; what is a word family and how it can help young learners of English to enlarge their vocabulary. The author describes the three stages that young learners should go through to develop their derivational skills and the criteria that should be applied to in choosing tasks and exercises for each stage.

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role.
