«Methodology of functional and cost approach to improvement of a control system of corporation in modern conditions»
According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. This, in turn, predetermines the search of new, most effective forms and methods of formation and development of control systems of corporations including increases in level of their personnel potential.

«Features of application of test techniques in selection and certification of personnel»
This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. The group dynamics including individual preferences of players in the choice of strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in definition of the most acceptable social role, in identification of the most constructive and effective type of the administrative decision has the special importance. The author of the article offers a set of the test methods allowing to define social and psychological type of the individual at a stage of staff recruitment and to reveal its individual behavioral preferences that can structurally influence on team work.

The author of this paper examines the effectiveness of the relationship between company's goals and its employees’ goals, in particular management personnel. The researcher tries to explain the necessity of a motivation systems development using the balanced scorecard system to assess the performance of leaders. An effective contract as an important component of the assessment of the impact of commercial medical organizations of heads is offered.

«Training as one of basic elements of personnel development of the organization»
The article describes the characteristics and structural elements of system of staff development of the organization. The authors presented a comparative characteristic of modern methods of staff teaching, listing their advantages and disadvantages, and provided for clarity a diagram showing the actual use of these methods in Russian companies. It was concluded that there’s a need to implement innovative teaching methods within the framework of forming the system of personnel development of the organization in modern conditions.

«Controversial issues in Russian historiography concerning the origin and development of the system of training of artillery personnel In Saint-Petersburg in the first half of the XVIII century»
There are some discrepancies and inaccuracies in the interpretation of certain events associated with the establishment and operation of schools and the organization of the educational process in them in the military-historical literature and other sources dealing with the military special schools’ foundation in St. Petersburg, where the training for the artillery corps had been provided during the first half of the eighteenth century. In particular, it is argued that the Saint-Petersburg artillery school «for Pushkarsk children» was established on May 20, 1730. In this article, the author, based on the study of new archival sources, specifies the date of establishment of this school. Scientific work also aims to complete the existing information about the organization and the activities of the artillery military special schools in St. Petersburg during this period. In addition, for the first time some archival sources are being introduced into scientific circulation.

Key and most difficult process in management of any organization is human resource management, as the author notes. Effective management control is, first of all, the correct, accurately built system of use of personnel resources of the organization. In the presence of optimum number of the qualified employees such system allows to achieve goals of the organization in the shortest possible time and with the minimum expenses. Questions improvement of a control system of the personnel in the conditions of increase of requirements to quality of public administration are particularly acute especially, this aspect defined relevance of a subject.

The author made a conclusion about the most optimal solution of development methodology, reflecting the cross-section of scientific knowledge and scientific experience.
