Статья посвящена вопросу развития адаптации молодых работников газодобывающего предприятия. Авторами отмечено, что ООО «Газпром добыча Уренгой» связывает свое будущее с молодыми специалистами, готовыми вложить свои силы, способности и устремления. Поэтому важным элементом Политики управления персоналом Общества является работа с молодежью. The article substantiates the significance of the scientific development of problems of adaptation of young people after completing their sports career. Based on an analysis of trends in the evolution of state support for boys and girls leaving sports and analysis of data from the author’s research, carried out using a questionnaire and interviews, its current state is characterized. The principles of optimization of adaptive processes at the stage of transition from high performance sports to other types of activity are formulated.

The subject of this monograph is the disclosure of issues of patriotic and legal education of students of higher education as the most important components of educational policy in the university. The urgency of the concept of education of viable generations of Russian youth is substantiated, which assumes to be law-abiding, socially responsible, possess a developed sense of inner freedom and dignity, and be a patriot. We are talking about mastering students during their studies at the university with civic maturity and social activity, legal culture, careful attitude to the moral and moral values ​​of the rule of law state. A research objective – identification and the analysis of the reasons of turnover of staff among youth for development of recommendations about their elimination. The tool for carrying out a research is a sociological poll. The authors presented the results of questionnaire and developed some recommendations to decrease the level of turnover of staff in retail chain stores.
