Studying the work of organizational systems equipped with information technology immunity is important not only in preventing intersystem conflicts. They are necessary for the detection, elimination or recoding of foreign elements to preserve homeostasis, when organizing a spatially-planar individualized algorithm, where the creative process of the organizational system involves maximizing the impact of acquired properties on the recipient, while using a minimal buffer of application.

The direct task of an organizational system equipped with information technology immunity is to identify the causes leading to conflict situations between the systems and to prevent them. The link between the system and information technology immunity in determining the causes leading to an intersystem conflict is the awareness of an alien element when it tries to infiltrate the system. The multilevel logic of the restriction system, awareness, and information technology immunity constitute a systemic trinity, that is, a single matrix of consciousness.

The modern education system is aimed at forming a highly educated, intellectually developed individual with a holistic understanding of the world, and an understanding of the depth of connections between phenomena and processes that make up this world. However, the narrow specialization of subjects and their weak connection to real life create significant challenges in forming a holistic worldview among students, hindering their ability to perceive the world in an organic way.

The paper considers what are the system principles and elements of consciousness of the system, similar to immunity, which define the system as information-technically immunized.

An analogy of the central nervous system has been found in organizational systems, which makes it possible to develop a separate intellectual self-learning creative infrastructure. Such an organizational system ensures creative interaction with the individual. The question arises about the interaction of such systems with artificial intelligence. The research revealed the role of the organizational system in relation to its application in modern technologies. Equipped with the basic principles of the system, artificial intelligence will be able to apply system principles that can be used to organize individualized elements, as well as provide protection with information technology immunity. Thus, further development of artificial intelligence is possible with the help of an organizational system equipped with information technology immunity. This will allow for the development of creatively individualized infrastructures.

To combat corruption, almost every country has an anti-corruption policy, which means the activities of public authorities at different levels, public organizations and citizens aimed at preventing and combating corruption. Today, the problem of conducting a truly effective anti-corruption policy is quite acute for most states. Thus, over the past decade, 154 out of 180 countries have shown negative dynamics or remained at the same level in the Corruption Perception Index. This article is devoted to the comparative-legal research of crimes committed by a special subject, the responsibility for which is provided for in the criminal law of Russia and other foreign countries. For the correct qualification of the crime, the special characteristics of the subject are important, since the persons who possess them bear increased responsibility. In the course of the research, the author reveals similarities and differences in the insight by legislators of foreign countries of a special subject of crime, in compare with the criminal legislation of Russia, and also suggests using the experience of foreign countries to improve Russian legislation in the criminal sphere.
