Построение конкурентной карты необходимо при маркетинговом исследовании туристского рынка, для того чтобы выявить лидеров рынка, сильных и слабых конкурентов и аутсайдеров. Благодаря полученным результатам по конкурентной карте турфирмы могут определить свою дальнейшую тактику и стратегии развития своего бизнеса.
