The direct task of an organizational system equipped with information technology immunity is to identify the causes leading to conflict situations between the systems and to prevent them. The link between the system and information technology immunity in determining the causes leading to an intersystem conflict is the awareness of an alien element when it tries to infiltrate the system. The multilevel logic of the restriction system, awareness, and information technology immunity constitute a systemic trinity, that is, a single matrix of consciousness.

The system principles represent an information platform (a single matrix of consciousness) adapted to the consciousness of an individual – the future carrier of the system, which, in turn, organize the elements of consciousness of the system. An individual interacts with these elements, and for him they are individual. The paper considers what are the system principles and elements of consciousness of the system, similar to immunity, which define the system as information-technically immunized.

An analogy of the central nervous system has been found in organizational systems, which makes it possible to develop a separate intellectual self-learning creative infrastructure. Such an organizational system ensures creative interaction with the individual. The question arises about the interaction of such systems with artificial intelligence. The research revealed the role of the organizational system in relation to its application in modern technologies. Equipped with the basic principles of the system, artificial intelligence will be able to apply system principles that can be used to organize individualized elements, as well as provide protection with information technology immunity. Thus, further development of artificial intelligence is possible with the help of an organizational system equipped with information technology immunity. This will allow for the development of creatively individualized infrastructures.

This article deals with the institution of procedural participation, including some issues related to the concept of it in civil justice, the difference between these institutions from other institutions, and the problems of their application in practice. The article discusses the concept of “game” in English classes in primary school, as well as its functions, methodological tasks. Examples of gaming technologies are given. The game is considered as an exercise in which students can repeatedly repeat a specific speech pattern. An attempt was made to examine various aspects of the activity of the primary school teacher in the Estonian community of the Crimea at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries.

Catholism penetrated into the province of Nakhijevan at the beginning of the XIV century by French and benediktyan religious men. Being situated in the trading crossroads of East and West it created a great Armenian catholic community and made deep influence on developing economic, political and cultural links in Nakhijevan region. The article is devoted to the analysis of the role and significance of the image of a person, in a form of implicit theories to form the integrity of a dialogue as a social formation, to the analysis of a dialogue as a part of the social situation that presupposes setting various objects and tasks, to the analysis of the verbal integrity of a discourse in the light of the speaker’s conception of a person, i.e. proceeding from his implicit theories of a person that emerge in his ordinary consciousness. The organization of a dialogic discourse is directly connected with implicit theories of a person, which in their turn are a complex of the speaker’s images associated with his interlocutor. The unity and diversity of communicative senses dictate the verbal choice corresponding to the conceptions and images of interlocutors. Within the limits of the common informational field «I» and «you» of interlocutors enter into irreconcilable contradictions, at the same time the two-way character of speech intercourse within the limits of language communication is another factor of the social integrity of a dialogue, the variety of communicative senses is unified by informational, social, conceptual fields. The article analyzes literary examples and extracts from pre-election debates in USA both in Russian and in English.

This article considers the question about introduction and development of Russian mediation institute. According to the authors the adoption of the Law on Mediation testifies that the state gives a new impetus to the process of constitutional state formation and to the development of alternative methods of dispute resolution. The problematic aspects of the mediation development are described in this article. As the results of the study the authors suggest to enhance the effectiveness of media-tion, which is a special form of interposition.

The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of the mass consciousness perception under war conditions on the historical sources accuracy. In particular it deals with the investigative materials on the facts of detainees’ death in fasist prison camps in ports of Danzig and Gdynia on the eve of their liberation by the Red Army in March-June, 1945. The author came to the conclusion that although war prisoners’ testimony requires close attention from the point of view of reliability of their separate events perception, still it remains as a precious source of social history of World War II.
