Психика представляет сложный механизм, естественным образом формирующийся в человеке под влиянием внешних воздействий и внутренних, эмоционально-смысловых процессов. Именно с помощью психики формируется мировоззрение человека, но и мироощущение (мировосприятие) формирует психику, изменяют и развивают ее.

This article describes innovative technologies during the classes in elementary school. The author has noted that the introduction of new technology promotes the development of education and the student's desire to learn and fosters independence, initiative and tolerance.

In the article the effect of exogenous factors on the state and properties of hair on the human head using various techniques of microscopy as well as other morphometric methods are studied; on the basis of experimental samples the physical properties of healthy hair and the hair damaged by external factors by using microscopy techniques were compared; the article presents the values of pH and the content of surfactants (sulfates) in different brands of shampoos and soaps, and their impact on the condition of the hair was determined; on the basis of microscopy techniques the condition of the cuticle after using different detergents for hair care was characterized; a relationship between the color of the hair and the influence of external factors on the structure and condition of the hair was analyzed; the signs of the impact of external factors (chemical, thermal, mechanical) on the state and structure of the hair, using an optical (light) and an usb-microscopes were identified.

The article presents the method of case-study. The use of this method, could have a positive effect on speech training of students, due to the consideration of real-life situations. According to the authors the main goal of this method is to receive knowledge and to improve them during practice.

The researchers compared the level of competitiveness of the dairy enterprise ltd. «Бег» with other brands of milk and suggested measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of competitiveness management of dairy products in this region.

Авторами рассматриваются методы учета цикличности в рядах расходов воды с целью оптимизации процесса выбора года-аналога при прогнозировании стока. С помощью этих методов выявлены периоды водности на реках Северо-Западного региона. Получено, что в среднем по всем методам для выбранных рек присущ двенадцатилетний цикл водности. Рассматривается также возможность использования разложения в ряд Фурье для прогнозирования стока.

Статья посвящена методике преподавания русского языка как иностранного в Уральском государственном горном университете. В данной работе рассмотрены принципы, подходы организации преподавания русского языка как иностранного. Представлены особенности смоделированного многофункционального учебного текста и возможности работы с ним в конкретных условиях профессионального образования в университете. Методический прием «текст – таблица – текст» рассмотрен в плане информативного, коммуникативного и личностно-ориентированного подхода в преподавании русского языка как иностранного. Предложена практика составления дотекстовых и послетекстовых таблиц. Охарактеризованы возможности составления таблицы к тексту для развития языковой, речевой, а также коммуникативной компетенции в таких видах, как страноведческая и лингвокультурологическая.

В данной статье рассмотрено развитие педагогических компетенций с помощью метода проектов при обучении будущих учителей. Раскрыты понятия «профессиональная компетентность» и «профессиональная компетенция». Приведены основные особенности метода проектов.
