Статья посвящена стратегическим изменениям и внутренней реструктуризации вуза. Автор рассматривает причины возникновения необходимости проведения стратегических изменений в высших учебных заведениях. Особое внимание обращается на изменения, которые способствуют продвижению вуза и повышению его конкурентоспособности на международном рынке образовательных услуг. Проанализированы также стратегические изменения, проведённые в Казанском (Приволжском) федеральном университете.

В статье рассматривается сущность процесса проектирования организационной структуры предприятия, требуемая при переходе к принципам стратегического управления. В работе определены общие стадии процесса формирования структуры, а также описаны вспомогательные методы, необходимые для анализа, оценки и принятия наиболее эффективных организационных решений, приближающих проектируемую организационную структуру к наиболее рациональной модели.

In this article the advertising strategies research is proposed based on the websites of Faculty of Languages and Literatures of LMU Munich and Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages of the University of Cambridge. Analysis of the data revealed the advertising strategies used within the educational discourse in order to attract prospective students.

From a management perspective, the organizational change process from closed to open innovations is one of actual problems in an inter-organizational cooperation, because companies need to introduce new organizational methods. In this context, the author proposes to consider project management under the model of open innovations. The article describes the author's approach in the study of project management in open innovation projects and their impact on traditional methods of project management.

This article is devoted to develop and analyze the strategic concerns of key geopolitical actors in the Central Asian region. The author comes to the conclusion that the specialty of the Central Asia is a beneficial geopolitical location and great amount of nature resources that makes the region an object of world powers’ geopolitical interests. The main actors in the CA are the USA, China and Russia, which have influence on political processes inside the region, realizing their own strategies.

The article deals with understudied genre of a religious sermon to analyze some linguostylistic features. The object of this research is a number of different English sermons. The method of linguostylistic analysis gives detailed description of lexical, grammatical stylistic means and precedent phenomena that appears to be the article subject. The article results are of great help for courses on linguistics, English language stylistics, intercultural communication, text linguistics and theolinguistics.

In modern Russian society there is no holistic, single view of social polarization. It is caused by a number of controversial compound of cultural traditions. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

The article analyzes the features of the implementation of certain functions of human resource management in modern universities. The systematic approach allowed the author to identify the key elements of human resource management system of modern higher education institutions and to characterize their specificity in comparison with commercial organizations management systems. According to the author, the modern university is a special organization that is able to implement many functions of personnel management at the expense of internal resources.

Training process requires education of moral and volitional qualities, as well as psychological training and development of physical qualities. This article contains information confirming the relevance and the need for a scientific approach in the process of training and preparation of students-athletes to compete.

In the article the importance of the intercultural component in preparing future skilled translator is stated.
