The paper analyzes a new system for managing government programs in the Russian Federation. The topic is relevant, since government programs were previously implemented with imprecise goals, management was not fast and effective enough, and flexibility was low. The new system eliminated these problems. The final result of the article is not only an analysis of the new system, but also another proposed change that will further improve the new system, which was the goal of the study. The following research methods were used: description, analysis, synthesis.

The article is devoted to students' training in decorative drawing, styles of stylization in the depiction of plants, flowers. The value of visual-dectic manuals for the stylization of natural objects is determined. Typological and functional characteristics of educational and visual aids are given. The specifics of the educational and visual aid in the form of a workbook on decorative drawing are revealed. It is proved that one of the effective types of methodological visual aid is a workbook in which examples with the phased performance of stylization, and tasks for independent implementation, which, with the help of practice and visualization, will help to help more detail the basics of graphic design.

Currently, a number of measures are being implemented at the federal and regional levels aimed at developing scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel and providing targeted support to individual groups of researchers, research teams, young scientists and students. The existing mechanisms for the development of the personnel potential of the scientific and scientific-educational sphere need to be supplemented with new mechanisms for supporting the effective reproduction of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a widespread, severe neurobiological disorder that occurs in childhood and adolescence and has a negative impact on social functioning in adulthood. Currently, there are several strategies for the treatment of ADHD including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapeutic interventions. Due to the expansion of the range of available drugs, for practical doctors to choose the tactics of therapy and to set priorities in the treatment process becomes more challenging. The aim of this review is to systematize the evidence-based literature on the treatment of ADHD, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The review considers the main mechanisms of action of the drugs used, the role of non-drug methods of treatment, as well as drugs that are not widely used. The most relevant treatment approaches, which have been proven to be effective and safe, are discussed.

The authors of this article reveal the issues of development of coherent speech of children of senior preschool age in the conditions of a preschool educational organization. They present the author's experience of working on the speech creativity of children by means of modern educational technologies, describe specific methods, techniques and tools in this area of children's activity. They share the forms of work on enriching the developing subject-spatial environment for activating children's coherent speech and working with parents. For the purpose of learning multidimensional models, difficult for perception, representations and technology (device) of the description and measurement of volume and amount of the substance filling the volume of multidimensional objects are considered. Alternative options of multidimensional set of one-dimensional models and unified multidimensional model of three-dimensional objects are compared. The technology of measurement of multidimensional volume and amount of the substance that fills volume is shown. The authors came to the conclusion when transferring from a set of coordinate vectors of material points in complete spatial angle 4π steradian to multidimensional model of in pairs orthogonal vectors, calculation of volume of a multidimensional object significantly becomes simpler. The conclusion is that potentially infinite-dimensional model of an object represents the sphere in which balk of volume, the quantity and energy of the substance filling volume are entirely concentrated on its surface.
