Data processing is the leading direction in mathematical modeling. Increasing the volume of information, storage, accessibility in messengers, translation into related languages, biometric data have become a necessary introduction of new programs in the educational field. Physical fitness of students is one of the indicators of learning curricula. An increase in the number of students and the introduction of TRP standards requires rapid data processing. Search for research methods and modeling of information processes and technologies and design of information technologies for data processing in the field of physical culture, as well as design of automation and control systems and database processing.

Intellectual activity is one of the key elements in the development of information technologies. The results of intellectual activity (RID) in the IT field, such as programs, applications, algorithms, databases, are a valuable asset for companies and individual entrepreneurs. To obtain an economic effect, it is necessary to use legal protection and methods of their commercialization. This article discusses the most common methods of commercialization of the results of intellectual activity in the IT sphere.

The purpose of the research work is the selection of a questionnaire for the formation of groups of students according to given criteria. For this, the questionnaire of L. Yovayshi was selected and adapted to identify professional inclinations. An expert analysis was carried out for the suitability of the questionnaire; the calculation of the coefficient of concordance was made, a survey of students was carried out; the analysis of the questionnaire by key was carried out.

In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. The most effective and modern approach to realization of such substantiation is use of mathematical models. It is thus essential that the models applied to the decision of problems of this level, should consider not only internal properties of the enterprise are models of its organizational system, but also consider with accessible completeness of property of environment of the enterprise. As this completeness is rather limited, in view of incompleteness of the information on properties of environment of the enterprise, the planning technique should provide possibility of correction of planned offers, their recalculation under the specified data.

The implementation of the state science and technology policy in the 1990s was closely linked to the process of political reform. The scientific analysis of the role of the state in these processes is of special, not only theoretical, but also practical interest, including the study of the process of Russia's inclusion in the context of the world scientific and technological development in the 1990s. Annotation. The implementation of the educational standards have called for systemic changes in the educational environment of the gymnasium at the primary level of General education. The changes affected all components of the environment: from the goal to the results of education. The article considers new forms of educational process organization. The authors tell about the organization of educational events of activity orientation, in which primary school students solve different project tasks - subject, interdisciplinary, over-subject, of different ages ones. Their role in providing metasubject educational results is emphasized, for example, the control –and- assessment independence of younger schoolboys is becoming a component of "ability to study".
