When designing modern sports complexes for architects and designers, it is necessary to work out both the ideological and functional aspects of the project. To create comfortable conditions, to ensure the requirements of acoustics, noise insulation and thermal insulation of it from other rooms and the environment, the design of the sports complex's coverage becomes crucial. Bearing coating structures are the most important constructive element of sports facilities. To date, there have been developed sufficiently typical projects with frequently used spans from 18 to 36 m. Coatings with a span of more than 36 m are already considered atypical and are designed individually, based on conditions. Analyzing the existing sports facilities, it was found that a wide distribution as a covering of buildings of sports facilities with a span of up to 60 m was obtained by plane structures: arches, trusses, frames. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the plane structures of the cover for a span of 60 m in the LIRA-SAPR program complex: a truss with steel columns and a steel frame is carried out. All load sensing and effects on structures are specified in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

The article presents the research of information protection means against unauthorized access to an automated radionuclide spectrometry system. As a result of the conducted researches, the system's security indicators have been obtained, which allow to calculate and optimize the probability of damage from unauthorized access taking into account the operating time and the applied information protection means.

The monograph contains research of background radiation of the population from natural radionuclides in the premises of the Lower Volga region and presents methods of protection against the influence of natural radionuclides. Direct studies have established the absorbed dose rate of the Lower Volga region in the premises of wooden, brick and concrete buildings. The frequency distribution of the effective specific activity of natural radionuclides in building materials is analyzed. It has been established that the dose received by the body over a long period leads to more serious damage than the same dose received in a short period.

In article the author carries out the analysis of the developed tendencies in the sociocultural sphere and shows that professional festival activity is inherent considerably in professional concert collectives. He draws a conclusion that for optimization of festival and tour activity of the concert organizations it would be expedient to create specialized fund for preservation, support and development of national culture for additional financing of the organizations of this type focused on promoting of domestic culture and harmonization of cross-cultural dialogue.

The article draws attention to the fact that, in accordance with the peculiarity of proving the guilt of the accused in the criminal process, it is not possible to build a united system of interbranch prejudice in the judicial system. In the conclusion, the author notices that applying of undoubted prejudice does not provide for progressing of the criminal court procedure and makes difficulties in applying the procedural law.
