The purpose of socialization as an educational process in any country is that of German youth to make the Germans, French - French, Chinese - Chinese and Russian - Russian super-ethnic community. In the world still interacting and opposing two opposite ways of life, two ways of life, having two opposite systems of spiritual values and philosophy for two economy, based on liberalism and traditionalism.

The relevance of this study is determined by the importance of theoretical and practical analysis of issues related to intercultural communication. The object of this paper is the extralinguistic aspect of the U.S. military lingo. The subject area embraces distinctive linguistic phenomena of the military subcultural milieu, going back to the historical and cultural heritage of military society and thus characterized by extralinguistic context. As exemplified in English, the authors point out, that success of cross-cultural communication is largely determined both by a high level of linguistic competence and background knowledge.

The article presents the developed methodology for carrying out cultural expertise. The purpose of the expertise is defined as the establishment of the quality of the cultural component in the substantive and technological components of the educational process. The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.
