The article analyses the final lines of V. Soloviev’s work “The General Sense of Art,” correlating them with the art tendencies of the modern civilization. The author addresses Soloviev’s idea about the transforming role of art in relation to the reality, the real life. It is stated that, in the modern era, within the commercial mass culture domination, the entertaining function of art comes to the forefront. At the same time, an opposing tendency can be observed: a movement towards the all-encompassing unity, understanding of the universal, the priority of common values (the ideas of ecological ethics, common religion, non-violence). The author indicates that the dialectic negation of the negation law is manifested in the history of art, in the realization of its varied functions.

Organizing each activity requires allocating tasks and resources among participants and coordinating their efforts by implementing a clear system of rules. Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

An analysis of Russian and foreign scientific literature revealed a significant number of studies aimed at studying the composition of biologically active substances of honeysuckle fruits, assessing their antioxidant potential, as well as identifying the features of pharmacological action. Despite the presence of cardio- and neuroprotective, antitumor and anti-inflammatory activity, antimicrobial and antidiabetic properties of the studied raw materials, honeysuckle fruits are not used in official medical practice, which determines the relevance and prospects for further research aimed at developing methods of standardization of raw materials, which will allow to develop new medicines derived from honeysuckle fruits.

The issue of psychological problems in children who enter kindergarten is growing more urgent. If you visit the kindergarten in summer during the period of newcomers’ adaptation, you will usually see the following scene: the parent consigns their child to the kindergarten, but the child is struggling to get used to the new conditions: he/she cries for hours, doesn't want to listen and follow the teacher, detaches from other kids, constantly asks the teacher to bring the mother back etc. Even if parents strictly follow the adaptation rules, for example, leaving the child with the teacher only for half-an-hour to hour, or staying with the child during the outdoor activities, or consigning the child to the care of an experienced teacher etc., it all may bring no result. In this article, we will try to discover the cause of all mentioned problems using the research of popular psychology and pedagogy scientists.

The article considers the specifics of designing educational programs in higher education. When planning the educational results, it is important to develop all components of the educational program of each undergraduate and graduate course. The paper provides solutions for energy supply to agricultural consumers remote from energy sources due to non-traditional types of energy, based on patents of the Russian Federation. A scheme of a thermodynamic installation operating according to the Rankine cycle on a low boiling liquid is considered. The circuit uses a capacitor that increases the temperature of the condensate, leading to an increase in the efficiency of the thermodynamic installation. A series of graphs is given, confirming the required amount of heat received for the operation of the installation and a graph of the dependence of the efficiency of the installation on temperature conditions. A graph of solar energy is shown, which feeds per unit of horizontal surface and its integral value for one day. Options for improving the installation using concentrating receivers of solar energy are given. Test schedules for the solar collector module are provided.
