The article examines the modern requirements of society to the universal competencies of university graduates through the prism of publications in the leading media. Methods of working with young teachers on the example of the experience of the IMC Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg

The article deals with the problem of patriotic, spiritual and moral education of the younger generation of the Russian Federation. The author collected data by interviewing schoolchildren of grades 6-11. The research base was MBOU secondary school No. 37 in Stavropol. After the survey, the author analyzed the data using the linear approximation method. The generalized results showed that the majority of students are ready to defend the Russian Federation and support the current government. This pattern grows with the age of the respondents, which indicates the direct role of the educational institution in patriotic education. At the moment, the All-Russian children's and youth military-patriotic social movement "Yunarmiya" is one of the most important elements of the state program for the revival of patriotic values and the education of the younger generation, aimed at forming positively significant ideas about the Motherland, expressing an emotional attitude to the Motherland.

The article is devoted to students' training in decorative drawing, styles of stylization in the depiction of plants, flowers. The value of visual-dectic manuals for the stylization of natural objects is determined. Typological and functional characteristics of educational and visual aids are given. The specifics of the educational and visual aid in the form of a workbook on decorative drawing are revealed. It is proved that one of the effective types of methodological visual aid is a workbook in which examples with the phased performance of stylization, and tasks for independent implementation, which, with the help of practice and visualization, will help to help more detail the basics of graphic design.

Moreover, it looks upon incomplete classes and forming shared classes filled with student of different levels of education. To underline the importance of the given problem the authors of the article pro-vide the readers with statistics of the percentage of rural schools and of num-ber of students studying there. The article also contains various solutions of the objective problem of teaching science and IT in such schools.

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage.
