В данной работе рассматриваются актуальные вопросы расчета пропускной способности воздушного пространства. Автором также выявлены недостатки существующей методики расчета.

According to the authors, joint training of Russian and foreign students in a multicultural group has a number of positive aspects. This, above all, the possibility of the formation of intercultural interaction of people of different cultures and the formation of a tolerant person. One of them is that it gives opportunities to develop the abilities of multicultural communication to all the students within the group. However it should be taken into consideration that the students in such groups in most cases are multilevel. So every teacher and professor has to search for new adequate methods and techniques of teaching so that to help foreign students to adapt quickly in a new surrounding. The authors believe the Singapore technique of teaching is quite appropriate for these purposes.

The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education. The methodology and technology of a point-rating evaluation of the training session with students at the university is substantiated in the process of organizational and methodical activities for the control of the educational process at the faculty of the university. The article presents the “Technological map of the analysis of the training session” and justifies the technology of the score-rating evaluation of the training session in the system of higher professional education.

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the internal financial statements and forms of internal financial statements for the lessee to generate the amount of lease payments; for a lessor to control the receipt and expenditure of funds from the lessee in terms of debt repayment, lease payments; the methods of calculating the lease payments with a view to their optimization for the lessee are offered. For the lessor this calculation will provide a fixed rate of return, and the lessee – the profitability of the transaction and, the level of costs defined under current conditions.

The article is devoted to one of the most important components of learning process – learning principles. Learning principles is a set of rules that allows to make an educational process more efficient. The article covers some traditional and modern classifications of principles. The analysis of modern principles of teaching foreign languages has been done here. A number of social contradictions relevant to the modern educational process are mentioned (for example, the increasing amount of digestible information and a limited number of hours allocated for acquisition). The article is addressed to students of linguistic universities and faculties of foreign languages, graduate students, methodologists, teachers of foreign languages, specialists in the field of linguistics, and anyone interested in problems of teaching foreign languages.

The article substantiates the need to develop a basic methodology for investigating crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs due to the fact that these crimes are inextricably linked, interdependent and can not be carried out separately from each other in principle. The existing separate private methods develop recommendations for the investigation of specific types of crimes, for example, only smuggling of these funds or their sale and they are not connected with each other. In this regard, it is not possible to trace the whole cycle of criminal activity from the introduction of controlled means to illicit trafficking prior to their sale. Therefore, the basic methodology for investigating such crimes will allow us to trace the whole chain of criminal acts and to reveal all the circumstances that affect the full and objective investigation of such crimes.

In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

This article presents the material illustrating features of long-term plans on creation of an effective corporate culture, describes the tool aspect of long-term plans on forming a corporate culture on the basis of a matrix of assessment of cultural risk of G. Schwartz and S. Davies. The author provides a graphic interpretation of degree of compliance of a corporate culture and the strategy, implemented by the company.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования естественнонаучных знаний у студентов в современных условиях. На основе анализа педагогической, психолого-педагогической литературы, статей, монографий и современных Федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов высшего образования (ФГОС ВО) выявлено противоречие между необходимостью использования электронных образовательных ресурсов при изучении естественнонаучных дисциплин и отсутствием эффективной методики их применения. В работе выдвинуто теоретическое обоснование такой актуальной проблемы, как формирование естественнонаучных знаний у студентов в современных условиях с использованием электронных образовательных ресурсов.
