The author of the article notes that interest to the problems of education philosophy is due to anthropological crisis, the need for interpretation in these terms the unique nature of the serights in the context of the goals of modern education. In the terms of education reformation in the Republic of Kazakhstan humanistic potential of philosophy of education is updated, aimed at forming a fully developed individual, free and responsible person. Authors of this article note that one of the widely used in practice methods of strength calculation of structures is the finite element method (FEM). FEM is a procedure of approximate solution of differential equations. The article describes the materials, representing the G.K. Prave museum visual aids development and activity. The author points out, that the museum was established in the beginning of the XX century and experienced such events as revolution, war and the process of reunion.

There are some discrepancies and inaccuracies in the interpretation of certain events associated with the establishment and operation of schools and the organization of the educational process in them in the military-historical literature and other sources dealing with the military special schools’ foundation in St. Petersburg, where the training for the artillery corps had been provided during the first half of the eighteenth century. In particular, it is argued that the Saint-Petersburg artillery school «for Pushkarsk children» was established on May 20, 1730. In this article, the author, based on the study of new archival sources, specifies the date of establishment of this school. Scientific work also aims to complete the existing information about the organization and the activities of the artillery military special schools in St. Petersburg during this period. In addition, for the first time some archival sources are being introduced into scientific circulation.

The changes of biochemical asymmetry of rats with different motor phenotype (left-handed, right-handed and ambidexters) during their adaptation to hypokinesia have been studied. It is shown that the development of hypokinetic stress in rats owing to restriction of their mobility leads to sharp activation of the processes of lipids peroxidation and to decrease of tiol-disulphate metabolism in brain cortex of animals with different phenotype of motor hemispheric asymmetry. The degree of studied parameters asymmetry changes in hypokinesia. There is a significant reduction of asymmetry coefficient till the inversion of its sign that testifies about decreasing stress resistance of an organism and adaptive possibilities to external influences.

It is clear that didactic system, more and more becomes a man-machine (cybernetic) learning system with the assistance of artificial intelligence. This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).
