«Managing the development of teachers' creativity at preschool educational organizations»

Organizationally-pedagogical conditions are disclosed in this article, which lead to development of pre-school teacher's creativity. Construction of management process based on axiological, subjective, competence environmental approaches specifies development of creative pre-school teacher's abilities. Developing model for the management of pre-school teacher's innovation which consists of special-purpose, instructive, organizationally-pedagogical and productive module, was the basis of teacher's activity for the organization of an effective educational process in nursery school. Management program of the developing process of pre-school teacher's creativity considers individual personality teachers quality and provides generation of pre-school teacher's professional competences. Individual trajectory of creative development contributes to the development of pre-school teacher's creative abilities in nursery school.

«The development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities»

In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

«Teenagers’ engaging to sports as a psychological and pedagogical issue»

The given article justifies the necessity to engage adolescent students to physical culture. Based upon the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the author concludes that a traditional approach in physical culture classes, used in the majority of schools, is unattractive for teenagers. They are interested in other sports, which are popular among their age mates. The conclusion is that in the current situation it is necessary to review the content of physical education (taking into account dominant motivation of school students to physical culture and sports based on gender preferences).

Object of the study: the educational process aimed at the education of the sound culture of the speech of older preschool children. The subject of the research: the process of education of the sound culture of speech of older preschool children in theatrical activity. The aim of the work is to determine the effectiveness of the theatrical activity in the education of the sound culture of speech of children of senior preschool age. In the process of performing the work, the problem of education of the sound culture of speech in the process of the theatrical activity of senior preschoolers is theoretically substantiated, and the level of development of the sound culture of speech of older preschool children is revealed. The complex of measures in the theatrical activity, uncontrolled for the education of the sound culture of the speech of senior preschool children, and implemented in the educational process of the pre-school institution was developed and tested for efficiency.
