В том числе конституционных основ защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина в ФРГ. Автором анализируется уголовное законодательство ФРГ. Особое внимание обращается на то, что преступные деяния, посягающие на рассматриваемую группу прав, содержатся не только в Уголовном кодексе ФРГ, но и в законах, относящихся к так называемому дополнительному уголовному праву (Nebenstrafrecht). В заключении делается вывод о комплексности и многоаспектности проблемы.
