The article deals with the direction of development of the industry of agriculture in Orel Region, explored features of program-oriented approach to expenses-forming agribusiness management factors. The importance of creation a long-term program of developing agriculture is substantiated, the implementation of targeted regional agricultural programs is assessed, the dynamics of socio-economic development of agriculture in Oryol region for 2012-2020 is analyzed.

In this article, the author emphasizes the importance of the use of score-rating system (BSR) to evaluate the achievements of students, due to the need to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The presented results of 1st course students survey suggest that the BRC - the development of a rating of competition, promotion of systematic work, tracking the dynamics of individual trajectory of student development in the context of technological cards estimating the achievements of students, as well as independent work teach students self-education throughout his life.

The author investigates the problems that higher musical education has to face while it is adapting to the reforms introduced by the Bologna process. It is analysed how the peculiar content of musical education can comply with general requirements of competence-oriented education. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to create an alternative reform plan that would establish rules for creating a unified educational environment in institutions of higher musical education.

This article examines the perception of music as the basis of educational and musical activities of music school pupils (in the context of genre approach). The author reveals the complex nature of music perception, substantiates its theoretical and practical importance for the realization of the genre approach to learning and musical activities of Music School students. It was found that music perception, as the basis of educational and musical activities of Music School students, should include not only the theoretical foundations (the auditory identification of genre features in their hierarchy), but also their practical playing in different kinds of educational and musical activities. The paper considers the structure of music perception as the basis of educational and musical activities Music School students in the context of the genre approach, the components of music perception were identified, a methodical way was offered, providing opportunities for the development of each of them in the context of the genre approach.

В данной статье рассматривается комбинированный метод формирования временных нормативов выполнения работ, связанных с проектированием информационных систем на предприятиях информатизации. Отличительной особенностью метода является применение вариативного подхода к составу функциональных блоков информационной системы, который способствует проявлению управленческой гибкости проектного руководства. Представлена классификация работ с разделением их на работы с учетом компетенции сотрудников.

Отцовство представляет собой системное психолого-педагогическое явление, связанное с осуществлением особого рода деятельности – воспитания ребенка, детерминированного индивидуальными особенностями ребенка. Рассмотрение процесса воспитания ребенка отцом как системного явления позволяет выделить три основных составляющих: мотивационно-ориентировочную, исполнительную и контрольно-оценочную.
