The article reveals the concept of economic value added indicator, describing the factors affecting this indicator and provides the characteristic of its main users. The example of calculation of economic value added for a typical company of the wine industry of Krasnodar region, JSC «APF «Fanagoria» has been provided. The role of economic value added for the development of effective development strategy of an industrial enterprise has been developed.

Assumptions that enable a researcher to interpret coefficients for the variable of schooling in earnings equations as internal rates of return for education are discussed. The article deals with actual problems of piracy of their legal regulation in the international and Russian legislation.

The article shows the analysis of treatment results of 163 patients with diabetic foot infections, complicated by foot phlegmon. Patients were divided into 2 groups. The control group received traditional treatment and had an autopsy deep plantar space done and then, during the second phase, cytokine-rich autoplatelet concentrate had been applied. The research results confirmed a significant decrease in the duration of treatment and hospitalization of patients in the hospital.

This article defines the factors forecasting significancy, affecting development, birth and survival rate of the children with congenital heart disorder. The families with children with congenital heart disorder and without it and 105 children with congenital heart disorder are studied. The authors use such research methods as polling and complex clinical and functional examination of children with congenital heart disorder. More important factors, indicating the high risk of the baby with congenital heart disorder impregnation, baby’s formed congenital heart disorder probability, characteristics, designating the chance of live birth with congenital heart disorder are considered.

This article is devoted to develop and analyze the strategic concerns of key geopolitical actors in the Central Asian region. The author comes to the conclusion that the specialty of the Central Asia is a beneficial geopolitical location and great amount of nature resources that makes the region an object of world powers’ geopolitical interests. The main actors in the CA are the USA, China and Russia, which have influence on political processes inside the region, realizing their own strategies.
