The paper analyzes a new system for managing government programs in the Russian Federation. The topic is relevant, since government programs were previously implemented with imprecise goals, management was not fast and effective enough, and flexibility was low. The new system eliminated these problems. The final result of the article is not only an analysis of the new system, but also another proposed change that will further improve the new system, which was the goal of the study. The following research methods were used: description, analysis, synthesis.

The article considers effective methods and techniques that enable to implement the project technology at binary lessons. The project technology presupposes the presence of a problem that requires an application of integrated knowledge to its solution. Binary lessons are one of the forms of implementing interdisciplinary connections. Such lessons make it possible to integrate knowledge from different fields to solve one problem.

The purpose of the study was to compare performance strategies of cadets and junior basketball players. To achieve this goal, a test of performance strategies (TOPS) was used as an instrument, designed to measure psychological sports skills used both during competition and during practice. The results showed that juniors, in comparison with cadets, have higher indicators in the strategies "Goal setting" and " Self-talk".

This article focuses on the equality of the estimated late losses resulting from the application of the chain ladder model to the estimates obtained on the basis of the incremental development triangle by cross-parameterizing the rated increments of losses with Poisson distributions using the generalized linear model. In this article, the formulas of the chain ladder model are derived by solving the problem of cross parameterization of rated increments of losses. Smaller accounting groups than the risk, along which the development triangle is formed, make conclusions about the possible bases for the sharing of reserves. This issue may be relevant for the further calculation of actuarial premiums.

The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.
