Experimental-exploratory activities in preschool education are a key element of the educational process corresponding to the Federal State Educational Standard (FGOS). The main goal is to develop children’s cognitive activity, curiosity, initiative, and independence in exploring the world around them. Primary tasks include creating conditions for developing experimentation skills, teaching children how to set goals, formulate hypotheses, and draw conclusions, as well as integrating experimental activities into the learning process. Special attention is given to collaboration with families and individualized approaches tailored to each child’s unique characteristics. Modern methods and technologies such as computer multimedia tools, quest games, and play scenarios that enhance cognitive development and build confidence are also included.

This article outlines a method for organizing open-ended physics experiments to be conducted at home, designed to enhance students' research abilities and critical thinking. Specific examples of experimental tasks are provided, highlighting the approach's efficacy in developing meta-subject competencies.

The article addresses the problem of developing reading comprehension skills in 4th-grade students. It proposes the use of Critical Thinking Development Technology (CTDT) strategies as an effective tool. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the practical application of a set of strategies—"Read-Stop Thinking Method," "INSERT," "Cluster," and "Hexagon"—for in-depth text analysis. Specific methodological techniques used with literary works from the 4th-grade curriculum are described. The conclusion is drawn about the high effectiveness of these strategies for developing analytical and systemic thinking, as well as for achieving the interdisciplinary skills required by the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education (FSES PGE).

В работе отражены ключевые технологические тренды, динамика рынка по данным Admetrix, Outdoor.ru, Sostav, Admetrix CIS и RIM-Group. Обсуждаются степень концентрации активов у основных операторов, перспективы развития цифровой рекламы и проблематика высокой концентрации инвентаря и отсутствия стандартов измерений. Приводятся рекомендации для операторов и рекламодателей с ориентиром на расширение структуры DOOH-сети, усиление аналитики и повышение гибкости закупок.

В статье рассматриваются меры противодействия взяточничеству как коррупционному преступлению в уголовно-правовом аспекте. Показано, что Уголовный кодекс РФ (УК РФ) является действенным инструментом политики противодействия. В последнее время много сделано в сфере борьбы с коррупционными преступлениями, однако статистика показывает, что количество данных преступлений, и, прежде всего, взяточничества, продолжает увеличиваться. Это говорит о необходимости совершенствования уголовного законодательства. Автором также рассмотрена проблема взяточничества в органах внутренних дел.
