The monograph states that one of the stages of machine-hardware complex development at the enterprise as a set of technical objects is the design of process scheme, selection and justification of the applied equipment. One of criteria of efficiency of the project is the total cost of equipment and operations including, as a special factor, the associated costs for its creation. Associated costs are calculated as a percentage of the cost of the new equipment, calculated on the basis of the empirical power function model with adequate for further use accuracy.

The author defines its genre features, characterizes the psychological aspects of the creation of communicative games and their inclusion in the educational process of the modern school. The monograph examines the legislation of the Republic of Belarus regulating state enterprises which is unknown to the Russian civil law type of legal entity. The characteristic of Russian legal entities, which in some respects is similar to the state Association has been considered. Special attention is paid to public-law companies/public corporations/public companies. Oirats who came to the steppes of the Lower Volga region had a diverse ethnic composition, including Oirat, Turkic and Mongolian by origin groups. Many Turkic ethnic groups of the Sayano-Altai were included in the Oirats in the period of the Dzungarian Khanate. The analysis of materials on the ethnic group in the subethnos of the Kalmyk derbets allows one to draw conclusions about the Turkic origin of the group, which is also preserved in the legend of the ancestor of the genus. Comparative material on the Turkic peoples confirms our conclusions.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.

The article deals with some literary translation features to analyze adequacy of the translator’s solution. The object of this research is the epigraph of the English novel «Flowers for Agernon» by D. Keyes. Logical descriptive, analytical descriptive and comparative methods as well as methods of analysis and synthesis enabled us to systematize the corresponding theory and to analyze the translator’s solution concerning the strong position rendering, i.e. the epigraph of the novel rendering. The article results might be of great help for courses on linguistics, intercultural communication, text linguistics and theory of translation.

In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

The article is devoted to actual problems of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in today's Russian society, where today it is recognized as one of the most important theoretical and practical problems in terms of establishing effective mutually beneficial cooperation between the state, business and various social institutions, and is the focus of scholars and practitioners of social and economic spheres of society.

The paper presents the dynamic model of the machine assembly with a recommended mechanism for moving material and the definition of the law of rails motion under various system parameters. The author has suggested the solution implemented by the system of differential equations numerically on the PC and the system describing the motion of the machine set. Recommended values ​​of the parameters of elastic links of material transfer mechanism have been obtained. The researcher has developed the methods of kinematic and dynamic analysis of the material transfer mechanism with elastic elements of the sewing machine and has approved the parameters and development of the design.
