The article examines the effect of physical activity on the body of students, examines the factors affecting their level of physical activity, and analyzes the positive effects of regular sports. The paper highlights the problems associated with the lack of movement among students. The article is based on the literature data, as well as on the results of our own empirical research.

A theoretical estimate of the dependence of ultimate strength on the physical properties of a solid substance—such as density, molecular weight, melting point, and enthalpy of fusion—has been obtained. This dependence explains how these properties influence the material’s strength based on the “unpacking” concept of substance matter. The physical limits of applicability for the concept of “force” in Newtonian mechanics, and its distinction from the “unpacking” concept, are substantiated. This dependence, while similar in form to the Clapeyron-Mendeleev equation for an ideal gas, has a different physical interpretation when applied to the ultimate strength of a solid. The calculated dependence was compared with tabulated data on the ultimate strength of 15 industrial metals. This model allows for the explanation and prediction of ultimate strength values for metals in the periodic table.

The article presents a new approach to understanding the risks associated with the objective processes of commercialization of the Internet. Based on the discursive analysis of the controversy over the problems of Internet development, attention is focused on social risks caused by the dual nature of the structures developing in the information space, clearly representing the contradictions of modern societies. It is asserted that, as a positive prospect, the state's orientation towards supporting the evolution of the Internet in the direction of maximum provision for citizens and organizations of an accessible environment built on respect for the rights and interests of users.

However, learning a new language can be challenging for non-native speakers. But with the development of Internet technologies, learning English has become more accessible and conven-ient. Recent years have seen the potential to revolutionize the education system by introducing new teaching, learning and collaboration methods. The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in 2020, has accelerated the introduction of the online format in teaching English as a foreign language, which has become an important aspect of providing methodological support to students and teachers for a more effective and efficient learning process. The study's purpose is to, through theoretical analysis, determine current trends and directions in teaching English as a foreign language online. The methodology is based on analyzing the online platforms «Universari-um» and «Miro.” As a result of the study, data was obtained that with the help of these innovative technologies, teaching English as a foreign language in an online format is facilitated. The study's author concluded that distance learning is the most current trend in modern education. Distance learning technologies such as the Universarium platform and the Miro virtual board are among the effective methods for teaching English as a foreign language. The effectiveness of learning on the Universarium platform is ensured by the student communicating with the teacher, both orally and in writing. All homework is checked. After completing each block, the stu-dent is tested. The virtual whiteboard «Miro» is an integrated digital tool that al-lows teachers and students to work together.

In this publication, the author proposes to find an elementary proof of Fermat's Last Theorem from the point of view of an engineering approach. As a model, a construction of three concentrically nested n-cubes or spheres with a common centre and integer edges or radii, a, b, c, is studied, provided that each point/unit cube of a small sphere corresponds to another point/unit cube of this subset of layers between the middle and the large sphere enclosed spheres. An insoluble conflict between the symmetric form and the content of the construction is studied for the case when n is greater than two. The proposed proof forces us to make broader generalisations concerning the necessity of the asymmetry of the universe as a condition for the emergence of matter and the origin of life. The proof of Fermat's Last Theorem, known as the "mathematical pearl", has an important symbolic, historical and educational significance.

The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.
