The monograph reviews an issue of political socialization in modern Russian society. Basing on analysis of challenges of contemporary world situation there are three main threats determined as well as opportunities of teaching social science according to new Federal state educational standards as a medium of political socialization.

The relevance of a question is caused by insufficient level of modernization processes regulation and formation of educational systems in regions. The higher education markets and labor markets are insufficiently interconnected in regions. The main tendencies of higher education development by the example of Siberian regions and the Far East are presented in the monograph. Mainly, they are ambiguous or adverse by character. The prolongation of it can lead to decrease in long-term competitiveness of regional education systems and to strengthening of the capital education systems monopoly position. The role of Siberia and the Far East regions in volume of the top skills training, by the number of network of higher education institutions and the operating dissertation councils, decreases. Special attention is paid to development of the higher education in the Novosibirsk region taking into account resource base, economic branch and regional specifics. To overcome unpromising tendencies it is necessary to develop interaction of interested parties and systematized researches of regional higher education on a reliable information base. The offered recommendations, submitted to alignment of competitive positions of regional higher education institutions are addressed to the representatives of the regional and federal authorities, the analysts and the researchers of labor markets and higher education.

The subject of this monograph is the disclosure of issues of patriotic and legal education of students of higher education as the most important components of educational policy in the university. The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Как отмечает автор данной статьи, нормативно-правовая база общеобразовательной организации представлена локальными правовыми актами различного уровня в соответствии с федеральными, региональными и муниципальными нормативными правовыми актами. Поскольку в республике государственными языками являются русский и якутский, которые имеют равные государственные права, документы образовательной организации могут оформляться на якутском языке. Участники образовательного процесса, коренные жители, живущие в сельской местности Республики Саха (Якутия), вправе ознакомиться с локальными актами школы на родном якутском языке. Для этого необходимо правильно оформить русско-якутский перевод документацию среднего общеобразовательного учреждения.

Целью данной статьи является определение понятия «правовая компетентность работников образования». Определяется неоднозначность трактовки нормативных основ правовой компетентности работников образования в связи с различными подходами к пониманию правовой компетентности. Основными методами достижения результатов являются формально-юридический, системный, сравнительно-правовой, отдельные логические приемы.

Статья посвящена подробному анализу языковых изобразительных средств, использованных в произведении А.П. Чехова для создания комического. Исследователем отмечен контраст как основной прием, на котором построен рассказ. В работе приведены примеры применения основных художественных средств таких, как «использование существительных-диминутивов», «употребление синонимических пар», «использование лексики разных стилей», «лексический повтор» и др. Автором даны определения понятиям «ирония» и «контраст».
