The problem of the study of emotional intelligence in the works of Russian and foreign researchers is considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to the description of the empirical part: the study of emotional intelligence among sales managers, as well as their productivity. The authors have shown that emotional intelligence affects the effectiveness of managers.

For the first time the authors developed a model describing lexicographical vocabulary of bilingual child speech. The main method of collecting material was questionnaires.

The article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of hematologists and image of their "ideal" patient. A study is commissioned by the Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Transplantation named after R.M. Gorbacheva. The study involves 14 physicians, with the average age of 30.5 years.
