The article observes the notion of risk-based approach, proves its relevance in small and medium-sized businesses management, which is especially important in a current difficult situation in the country. The author gives a definition of the risk-based approach, describes its application in business management, and describes the major risks of doing business in the Russian market. Moreover, the paper explains the role and the necessity of applying risk-based approach to small and medium-sized businesses management.

The results of a study of the process of deposition of cadmium sulfide from an aqueous electrolyte were shown in this work. As part of the full factorial experiment (FFE), a mathematical modelof dependence between theaveragespeed growth cathode CdS films, and the deposition conditions was built. This article examines the relationship of young people creative potential with the level of mastering the personal native Kalmyk language. The study, which was conducted on the basis of elite and comprehensive secondary schools of the Kalmyk schools (Kalmyks - bilinguals), revealed the title trend: the higher the level of mastery of the native Kalmyk language, the richer creative musical abilities of senior person (instrumental, vocal, dance) in Kalmyk folk music are expressed. These processes are correlated with ethnic and cultural identity of the subjects, high school students. The concept and diagnostic tools of research can be used in other regions of our country, taking into account their specific features.
