The article analyses innovative forms of social work with older people - the universities of the third age. It describes the socio-psychological characteristics of the older generation and addresses the subject methods, the importance of education work with the representatives of this age group.

The following article investigates the problem of russian economy transfer into a new technological structure which is possible only after accurate research of high-tech markets. A review of authors investigating markets is given and Vernon Smith's paper about experimental investigation of competetive markets dynamics was thoroughly examined.
