В данной статье рассматривается проблема развития творческих способностей детей дошкольного возраста. Автор приходит к выводу, что использование нетрадиционных методов позволяет детям чувствовать себя раскованнее, смелее, непосредственнее, развивает воображение, дает полную свободу для самовыражения. К тому же такая работа способствует развитию координации движений, внимания, памяти, воображения, фантазии.

В статье рассматриваются понятия «эмоции» и «эмоциональное развитие детей младшего школьного возраста в условиях фольклорного коллектива». В отдельности авторы рассмотрели способы и методы преподавания в фольклорном коллективе с использованием артистизма. Рассказали о важности актерской разминки и работы в коллективе.

В статье речь идет о моральных аспектах конкуренции. На сегодняшний день участников рыночного процесса становится все больше и больше, и далеко не у всех есть возможности и ресурсы вести конкурентную борьбу на честной основе, и, дабы спасти свое дело предприниматели, идут против законодательства с целью занять большее место на рынке или вовсе вытеснить конкурента.

В статье рассмотрены некоторые методы оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия. Авторами также выделены плюсы и минусы каждого метода. Для корректной оценки и дальнейшего повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия разработано множество методов, которые могут применяться как по отдельности, так и в комплексе, в зависимости от задач, поставленных перед началом проведения оценки.

Резюмируются преимущества предлагаемой модели для российской пенсионной системы.

В статье рассматривается основные задачи и направления финансовой реструктуризации как эффективного инструмента оптимизации деятельности предприятий. The article is devoted to the types and peculiarities of regulation of non-traditional trademarks. Non-traditional trademarks are considered to be: sound, volume, olfactory, taste and other designations. The most common non-traditional trademarks are sound marks. Non-traditional trademark must have a distinctive ability. There are different approaches to the criteria for the protection of non-traditional trademarks in the laws of foreign countries. The problem of the use of non-traditional trademarks is currently particularly relevant. But, despite the difficulties in their registration, every year there are new types of symbols.

The article concerns the issues of trashing flaps of mung bean, technology of harvesting, the construction, producing thrashing of the flaps is proposed. Existing three methods of threshing mach culture are presented and analyzed as well as ways of thrashing are described. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are overseen. According to the patent study the most appropriate device for thrashing of this culture is pointed out. According to studied properties and characteristics of the leaves and mung beans, a new method of threshing  mung bean flaps based on the features of this culture is proposed.

Features of the keyboard handwriting analysis and in what areas they can be used are discussed in the work. Parameters by means of which the analysis of keyboard handwriting is carried out are considered.
