In order to maintain their positions in the market, enterprises are forced to look for new opportunities and ways to rationalize their actions. One such option is the company's outsourcing, which is the subject of this article. Outsourcing is a direction that was founded almost three decades ago, but still enjoys increased attention due to its approaches to considering the resources and performance of organizations. Under the influence of globalization, which we can now observe in all aspects of production, as well as the opening of markets and economies, outsourcing cannot be ignored by the management of the enterprise. Nevertheless, the gap between theory and real practice still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for introducing outsourcing into the practical activities of the enterprise.

The article analyzes the position of Russia in «The Global Competitiveness Index 2016–2017» in detail according to the components of innovative development. The capacity for innovation of Russian companies is estimated on the basis of statistics. The process of innovative infrastructure building in the constituent territories of the RF is examined. The core measures of state support for the innovative development of the country are characterized.

There are two different ways to transmit the AC electric power for a long distance: a compensated, the half-wave and tuned to half-wave transmissions. The compensation of the wave length is an effective way to increase the distance and the capacity of the transmission line. Through the wave length compensation it might to give to a long distance line the properties of the short line (except the active power losses). But with the distance and capacity increasing also increases a capacity of the compensation devices. Therefore, usage of the half wave and tuned to a half wave transmission lines to transmit an AC electric power for a long distances is more effective because there is no need to additional expenses to reactive power compensation by the stability conditions. The boundary length of the tuning to a half-wave is defined in article. The advisability of the tuning to a half-wave is arises when the length of the line more than 1500 km. Otherwise it recommended to tune the line to a «zero length».

Summary: The work shows that in the modern domestic liberal historiography of Russian emigration, there is a tendency to conceal and hide political problems raised by Russian monarchists. And, on the contrary, in the works of representatives of the patriotic direction, a wide range of views of Russian monarchists, centered around the Masonic problem and the struggle against Bolshevism, are being explored. The system of estimations by Russian right-wing representatives of the «philosophical steamer» as «apologists of Freemasonry» and the bearers of the ideas of «Masonic democracy» and also as «reformers of Orthodoxy» was reconstructed. The specifics of the struggle of Russian patriotic circles of white emigration with the Russian Masonic lodges restored abroad are shown. The anti-Masonic activities of the Russian Church abroad are considered. As the highest achievement of anti-Masonic publicism is considered the religious and political philosophy of the history of Russian monarchists. The author believe that the main historiographic criterion for distinguishing the political activity of Russian emigration should be recognized as its pro-Masonic or anti-Masonic orientation. As a result of the research, the author come to the conclusion that the anti-Masonic activities of the Russian right largely objectively reflected the main contradiction of the Russian history of «post-October abroad» as the struggle of Russian patriotic monarchists and the Orthodox Church abroad with the Russophobic forces of the West, whose concentrated expression was Freemasonry.

In recent years, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has become not only a problem in the organization of the educational process, but it is also becoming a public problem, since children of school and preschool age hardly learn and retain information. The volume of information has increased many times. Our ability to work with it, translate into a practical plane, remains at the same level. The intensive development of information technologies in conjunction with the development of scientific progress leads to the need to improve the learning mechanism. Adaptive technologies of intellectual abilities development of a person take into account the natural interests of people of different age groups, allow to optimize intellectual processes, the recoding of information teaches a person to think. The better the brain encodes information, the better it remembers. The main characteristics of adaptive technologies for the development of a person's intellectual abilities through a single path – speed reading – are considered in the context of practical and applied recommendations that allow the learner to master various types of reading.

The article considers a set of factors that have a positive effect on the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, which determines the mechanisms of pedagogical influence on students in the process of subject learning. The types and characteristics of the factors are presented. The necessity of their realization in the educational process is grounded. We assumed: if the process of forming the research abilities of students in art lessons takes place under conditions of simultaneous influence of a number of circumstances that require adequate research behavior from students, then the factors determining this process should be understood as driving forces as a necessary condition determining its nature. And on this basis, we will carry out our search. We have identified a set of factors that affect the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, it seems to us quite sufficient as an environment of pedagogical influence on students in the implementation of the goal.

Данная работа посвящена свойствам брусничного морса, его включению в рацион питания людей, живущих в районах Крайнего Севера, для повышения иммунитета. Актуальность рассматриваемой темы не вызывает сомнения. Современный мир оказывает на организм человека огромное влияние, и оно не всегда положительное. Поэтому тема здоровьесбережения сегодня важна для рассмотрения. Автор поставил перед собой цель – изучить полезные свойства морса, приготовить его максимально полезным способом. Исследователями проведена серьёзная работа по изучению полезных свойств морса, сравнению морса с другими напитками по уровню содержания в них витамина С, ознакомлению с рецептами приготовления морса и выбора рецепта приготовления морса максимально содержащего витамин С, который повышает иммунитет. Для осуществления исследования автор использовал такие методы, как анкетирование, анализ и синтез полученной информации. Работа содержит ряд выводов, представляющих практический интерес. Автор показывает результаты анкетирования и делает собственный анализ, выявляет причины таких результатов.

Низкий уровень развития саморегуляции, как правило, приводит к деструктивному поведению. В связи с этим возникает необходимость изучения системы и структуры внутренней регуляции, выявления особенностей ее функционирования и развития. Вопрос профилактики склонности к девиантному поведению подростков посредством развития их саморегуляции является недостаточно изученным, чем и определяется актуальность предлагаемого исследования. В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, проведенного на базе МБОУ «Лицей №62» г. Кемерово в период с февраля по май 2017 г. В исследовании приняли участие 60 учеников 8-х классов.

Статья посвящена философско-психологическим взглядам В.Н. Карпова, его концепции «душевного самопознания» в контексте философии синтетизма. Отмечено, что философско-психологические идеи мыслителя оказали значительное влияние на научную общественность середины XIX века (В.С. Серебреникова, К.Д. Ушинского, Г.Г. Шпета, Л.М. Лопатина, А.И. Введенского и др.), актуализировав ряд дискуссионных вопросов: учении о самопознании и фактах внутреннего опыта, творческой деятельности «Я» человека, социальной ориентированности сознания и т. д.

Статья посвящена философско-психологическим взглядам С.С. Гогоцкого и данному им анализу книге М.М. Тройикого («Немецкая психология в текущем столетии…»). Показано, что идеалистические позиции философии С.С. Гогоцкого не помешали дать объективную оценку эволюции философско-психологических взглядов М.М. Тройцкого: от немецкого идеализма к английскому эмпиризму, а также обозначить необходимость институционализации «нравственной философии» (= психологии) в самостоятельное направление исследований.

The article is devoted to the philosophical thought of Ancient East and particular characteristics of Eastern philosophizing. It is developing in two similar and meanwhile different traditions – Chinese and Indian. The work reveals main distinctive features in the system of philosophical and pre-philosophical thought of India and China. Special attention is given to the world view and understanding the role of a human being both in space and society. The researchers identify and justify common elements of Eastern philosophizing that help to detach it from the Western one. They also provide the main features of famous treatises constituting an integral part of understanding this topic.

Как отмечает автор, усыновление (удочерение) детей является правовым институтом, который призван устанавливать между усыновленным и усыновителем взаимосвязь, возникающую в полноценной семье между родителем и ребенком, а также создавать отношения, наиболее приближенные к родственным. Этот институт относится к более распространенной форме семейного воспитания детей, оставшихся по каким-либо причинам без попечения родителей. Дети – самая важная и самая незащищенная прослойка общества. Именно это обусловило написание научной статью по данной тематике.

Как отмечает автор данной статьи, человеческий мозг, будучи совершенным органом и очень важным регулятором всех функций организма, устроен таким образом, что иногда, под воздействием серьезных психических заболеваний, он неспособен осознавать происходящие вокруг события и человек лишается способности контролировать свою жизнь. К таковым относится мера по признанию человека недееспособным решением суда. Эта юридическая процедура регулируется соответствующими федеральными законами, Гражданским кодексом РФ и Гражданским процессуальным кодексом РФ.

Данное научное исследование посвящено вопросам обеспечения прав детей-инвалидов на территории Российской Федерации. Определены права детей-инвалидов, материальные обеспечения, льготы, пособия и различные выплаты. Показаны примеры общения с детьми-инвалидами, также отношения государства к детям инвалидам. Дети – это будущее нашей страны и продолжение нашего рода, мы должны относится к ним с уважением, несмотря на их неполноценность в обществе.
