В статье рассматривается основные задачи и направления финансовой реструктуризации как эффективного инструмента оптимизации деятельности предприятий. Автор показывает, что в современных экономических условиях реструктуризация является одним из действенных механизмов повышения эффективности производства и конкурентоспособности хозяйствующего субъекта. Процессы структурных преобразований рассматриваются применительно как к успешно действующим предприятиям, так и к убыточным. Указаны этапы реструктуризации предприятий. Особое внимание уделено этапам финансовой реструктуризации, представленному в виде алгоритма.

For defining the ways of enterprise competitive growth SWOT-analysis was held in terms of the leader food and beverage company in Russia. Non-traditional trademarks are considered to be: sound, volume, olfactory, taste and other designations. The most common non-traditional trademarks are sound marks. Non-traditional trademark must have a distinctive ability. There are different approaches to the criteria for the protection of non-traditional trademarks in the laws of foreign countries. The problem of the use of non-traditional trademarks is currently particularly relevant. But, despite the difficulties in their registration, every year there are new types of symbols.

The article concerns the issues of trashing flaps of mung bean, technology of harvesting, the construction, producing thrashing of the flaps is proposed. Existing three methods of threshing mach culture are presented and analyzed as well as ways of thrashing are described. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are overseen. According to the patent study the most appropriate device for thrashing of this culture is pointed out. According to studied properties and characteristics of the leaves and mung beans, a new method of threshing  mung bean flaps based on the features of this culture is proposed.

The paper presents an analysis of the motorization level in the Volga-Grad region. The lack of places for temporary storage of cars in Volgograd was confirmed and influence degree of parking insufficiency on the deterioration of traffic conditions and the risks of the occurrence of road accidents were assessed. Theoretically were justified and proposed options for the organization of temporary storage of vehicles on the example of the Central District of Volgograd.

This article deals with the problem of describing the dialogical speech within the framework of the work of Bernhard Schlink, attention is paid to the linguistic elements used to transmit communicative acts and to the authors' goals aimed at the realization of creative intent. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of the transmission of live, real speech in the works of Bernhard Schlink. The work is of a survey nature. It provides examples of the author's use of phonetic, lexical and syntactic elements of the language, which contribute to the creation of a real dialogical speech between the characters. It was revealed that the description of communal acts in the works of Bernhard Schlink is characterized by a tendency to a strong emotional impact on the reader, the use of means of various linguistic levels responds to the author's desire to differentiate the text of the work in a stylistic way. From the lexical point of view Schlink resorts to the use of various kinds of colloquial elements of the language or units of low style, here are used phraseological units, modal particles, interjections, etc. From the syntactic side, the author uses incomplete sentences, free word order and etc. In the phonetic plan, the author shortens words, deafens them, as this happens during a real communicative act. The use of colloquial elements in the works allows the author to diversify the text stylistically and makes it more interesting for the reader, which is confirmed by the fact that Bernhard Schlink belongs to the most popular German writers of the day.

In order to maintain their positions in the market, enterprises are forced to look for new opportunities and ways to rationalize their actions. One such option is the company's outsourcing, which is the subject of this article. Outsourcing is a direction that was founded almost three decades ago, but still enjoys increased attention due to its approaches to considering the resources and performance of organizations. Under the influence of globalization, which we can now observe in all aspects of production, as well as the opening of markets and economies, outsourcing cannot be ignored by the management of the enterprise. Nevertheless, the gap between theory and real practice still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for introducing outsourcing into the practical activities of the enterprise.

The article analyzes the position of Russia in «The Global Competitiveness Index 2016–2017» in detail according to the components of innovative development. The capacity for innovation of Russian companies is estimated on the basis of statistics. The process of innovative infrastructure building in the constituent territories of the RF is examined. The core measures of state support for the innovative development of the country are characterized.

There are two different ways to transmit the AC electric power for a long distance: a compensated, the half-wave and tuned to half-wave transmissions. The compensation of the wave length is an effective way to increase the distance and the capacity of the transmission line. Through the wave length compensation it might to give to a long distance line the properties of the short line (except the active power losses). But with the distance and capacity increasing also increases a capacity of the compensation devices. Therefore, usage of the half wave and tuned to a half wave transmission lines to transmit an AC electric power for a long distances is more effective because there is no need to additional expenses to reactive power compensation by the stability conditions. The boundary length of the tuning to a half-wave is defined in article. The advisability of the tuning to a half-wave is arises when the length of the line more than 1500 km. Otherwise it recommended to tune the line to a «zero length».

Summary: The work shows that in the modern domestic liberal historiography of Russian emigration, there is a tendency to conceal and hide political problems raised by Russian monarchists. And, on the contrary, in the works of representatives of the patriotic direction, a wide range of views of Russian monarchists, centered around the Masonic problem and the struggle against Bolshevism, are being explored. The system of estimations by Russian right-wing representatives of the «philosophical steamer» as «apologists of Freemasonry» and the bearers of the ideas of «Masonic democracy» and also as «reformers of Orthodoxy» was reconstructed. The specifics of the struggle of Russian patriotic circles of white emigration with the Russian Masonic lodges restored abroad are shown. The anti-Masonic activities of the Russian Church abroad are considered. As the highest achievement of anti-Masonic publicism is considered the religious and political philosophy of the history of Russian monarchists. The author believe that the main historiographic criterion for distinguishing the political activity of Russian emigration should be recognized as its pro-Masonic or anti-Masonic orientation. As a result of the research, the author come to the conclusion that the anti-Masonic activities of the Russian right largely objectively reflected the main contradiction of the Russian history of «post-October abroad» as the struggle of Russian patriotic monarchists and the Orthodox Church abroad with the Russophobic forces of the West, whose concentrated expression was Freemasonry.

In recent years, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has become not only a problem in the organization of the educational process, but it is also becoming a public problem, since children of school and preschool age hardly learn and retain information. The volume of information has increased many times. Our ability to work with it, translate into a practical plane, remains at the same level. The intensive development of information technologies in conjunction with the development of scientific progress leads to the need to improve the learning mechanism. Adaptive technologies of intellectual abilities development of a person take into account the natural interests of people of different age groups, allow to optimize intellectual processes, the recoding of information teaches a person to think. The better the brain encodes information, the better it remembers. The main characteristics of adaptive technologies for the development of a person's intellectual abilities through a single path – speed reading – are considered in the context of practical and applied recommendations that allow the learner to master various types of reading.

The article considers a set of factors that have a positive effect on the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, which determines the mechanisms of pedagogical influence on students in the process of subject learning. The types and characteristics of the factors are presented. The necessity of their realization in the educational process is grounded. We assumed: if the process of forming the research abilities of students in art lessons takes place under conditions of simultaneous influence of a number of circumstances that require adequate research behavior from students, then the factors determining this process should be understood as driving forces as a necessary condition determining its nature. And on this basis, we will carry out our search. We have identified a set of factors that affect the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, it seems to us quite sufficient as an environment of pedagogical influence on students in the implementation of the goal.
