В данной статье рассмотрены особенности применения программных продуктов в формировании профессиональных компетенций студентов. Представлены отличительные характеристики наиболее известных и популярны программ, ориентированных на решение задач планирования и бюджетирования. Отмечена особая важность использования современных компьютерных технологий, в том числе изучения новых продуктов, в деятельности экономиста.

Автором проанализированы основные макроэкономические показатели, оказавшие влияние на исполнение бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации. Дана оценка основным показателям федерального бюджета по доходам. В работе приведен анализ исполнения расходов федерального бюджета.

In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

The article discusses the results of the survey conducted in the 4th grade of the secondary school №11 in the city of Yaroslavl in order to identify the extent of students’ employment, their lifestyle, fatigue, certain sanitary-and-hygienic indicators of the educational process. The authors have studied the illuminance level of the classroom, analyzed the school timetable, provided some recommendations.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

This article presents a study of the dynamics of socio-psychological adaptation in adolescents during the course of pictorial arts. 60 teenagers aged 13 to 17 years have been participating in a longitudinal study for three years, systematically involved and not involved in pictorial art. It has been found that the creative adolescents have lower level of neuro-psychological adaptation and higher level of subjective feelings of loneliness than non-creative adolescents. But creative teenagers have significantly higher self-esteem, level of aspiration and satisfaction in achieving success and lower anxiety in relationships with adults. The influence of the creative group reflected on such personal qualities as: self-confidence, credibility among peers, ability to do things with their hands, social identity, loneliness, frustration needs in achieving success, problems and fears in relations with adults. The personal characteristics of creative adolescents have been identified. These characteristics distinguish them from others teenagers, and the effect of the creative group and creative activity indirectly on the personal qualities of adolescents.

The article discusses the concept and types of anxiety, the characteristics of student age, describes the experience of diagnosis and psychotherapy of students’ anxiety during the examination session by the scientific student laboratory. The work consists of 3 stages: 1) ascertaining stage – the aim is to analyze the level of students’ anxiety; 2) psycho-corrective stage – the aim is to optimize and reduce the level of anxiety of students in the examination period; 3) controlling stage – the aim is to analyze the influence of the method of desensitization and reprocessing trauma by eye movements (EMDR) on the level of students’ anxiety.

According to the author, in modern conditions of globalization of food markets, the researching the state of the domestic market of poultry products in order to provide the population with high-grade food products is important. One of the most common classes among new psychoactive substances are substituted cathinones. The most popular substances among consumers, representatives of this class, are mephedrone and methylone. In this review, the accumulated scientific data on clinical effects, side effects, mechanisms of action associated with the use of methylone and mephedrone are systematized. When writing the review, two representative databases were used to find the scientific sources of PubMed and Google Scholar. The authors also used data from the site Erowid Center (non-profit educational organization in the United States, which provides information on psychoactive plants and chemicals). The literature search was conducted between 2005 and 2015.
