The article summarizes the author's experience in activating the educational process in kindergarten on the basis of modern strategies within the methods offered by the new educational standard.

The purpose of the study was to compare performance strategies of cadets and junior basketball players. To achieve this goal, a test of performance strategies (TOPS) was used as an instrument, designed to measure psychological sports skills used both during competition and during practice. The results showed that juniors, in comparison with cadets, have higher indicators in the strategies "Goal setting" and " Self-talk".

It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

The article analyzes the potential of dance culture in the processes of socialization of youth. It is shown that in the space of dance culture a successful synthesis of the effects on children and adolescents of the family and social forms of education is carried out. Potential contradictions of reproduction are highlighted, and, moreover, attitudes toward opposing male and female gender strategies. The correlation in the personal development of the components associated with the integration into the dance culture and education is conceptualized. The contradictions generated by the affirmation of market values ​​in dance culture are evaluated. The prospects of state regulation of the processes of socialization of youth in the field of dance culture are outlined.

Sanctions restrictions had a negative impact on the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, because they put them in obviously unfavorable conditions. Therefore, the concept of competitiveness has acquired a new economic essence in relation to the conduct by Russian enterprises of competitive struggle in international markets. As a result of the study, the notion of enterprise competitiveness in the context of sanctions restrictions was clarified, and the expediency of taking into account their impact on the competitiveness of individual enterprises in the context of their implementation of plans and development programs as part of their import substitution strategies was justified.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of the current school education system and the necessity of searching effective methods and means for students to be prepared for the tests and exams taking into account the modern requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features.
