В статье приведены причины и последствия экономического кризиса в Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены преимущества применения кластерной политики в текущих экономических условиях. Приняты во внимание результаты применения кластерной политики в зарубежных странах, а также приведены примеры функционирующих кластеров в России.

In this article, the author emphasizes the importance of the use of score-rating system (BSR) to evaluate the achievements of students, due to the need to improve the efficiency of the educational process.
