Teaching foreign languages ​​is an actively developing field of e-learning. Creating an online course on teaching a foreign language is one of the possible options for the systematization and organization of all components of the learning process. The electronic training course is an educational electronic publication or resource for supporting the educational process in institutions of general, special, professional education. The article considers the main components of a specialized online course «Electronic Literature: language and digital culture education practice» and its introduction into the educational process within the framework of the educational program for undergraduates who major in Pedagogical Education at Novosibirsk State Technical University. This interdisciplinary resource is relevant for teaching foreign languages ​​and literature, it plays an important role in improving the level of linguistic and cultural competence.

The article deals with the practice-oriented approach during the teaching of Russian students of technical university. Relevance of the practice oriented approach in training of students of the technical higher education institution is proved in the article, the essence of this approach is defined. The possibilities of the educational process to realize the practice oriented approach are presented. The author focuses on the organization of practice for student which provides interrelation of theoretical and practical training of future professional staff; presents the statements which must be taken into consideration when determining the content of practical foreign lessons. The types of practical tasks are considered which are beneficial in realization of the practice oriented approach.

The article considers the possibilities of the organization of students training at technical university via the dialogue teaching. The author focuses on the analysis of many instances of using dialogue technology in the system of modern education and makes a conclusion that the dialogue technology contains enormous potential in its educational application at university. It requires further investigation, software design and methodological support.

In this article the author shares pedagogical experience of formation discursive competence of students of the faculty "Management" during the sequential action of two corresponding federal state educational standards of bachelor level, which resulted in problems of scientific research. This article is devoted to the teaching of foreign language vocabulary in the context of the communicative approach to language teaching. The author made the analysis of the questionnaire filled by 6th grade students of general secondary education institution. The aim of the article is to identify some of the features of teaching foreign vocabulary, as well as to provide an analysis of ways to create conditions for improving speech skills of students.

The article discusses the teaching of Russian phraseology in a foreign audience, author emphasizes the need to study the phraseology at an advanced level, when students have a fairly wide vocabulary, they know the basics of Russian grammar and lexicology, morphology, syntax. Education in the era of global interconnectedness requires being fluent not only in one but several languages. This article questions the phenomenal aspect of modern education for multilingual youth by teaching them foreign languages. University teachers who provide language support should have intercultural training and qualifications in foreign language acquisition that is aligned with the approaches implemented in practice. Alongside it is believed that all teachers require training to teach students without the language of instruction and to be able to value diversity by incorporating cultural diversity within their teaching. More and more countries, including Kazakhstan, are offering English as the second – compulsory – foreign language, and to shifting other foreign languages into the domain of compulsory options.

Communicative-oriented technology is the lead in teaching the second foreign language. To stimulate language communication students, bringing the process of verbal interaction to perfection, producing high quality learning outcomes should be used given in the article foreign communication techniques.

The following research deals with investigation results on developing of students' readiness to intracultural communication. The authors analyzed and defined the streams of foreign language training among students. Diagnostics of components and statistic analyses of data on development of readiness to intracultural communication of non-linguistic faculties students was performed.

According to the authors one of the main areas of general education is the development of talented children. A gifted child is an ordinary child, and he does not always fit the requirements of the standard educational system. For solving some of the issues required consequent consideration of particular problems: first, what is a «genius»; second, what are the main characteristics of maturity criteria and methods for their detection; third, how is giftedness manifested and formed in English classes. The article presents the methods of work with gifted children in a foreign language class at school, with special attention to the conditions for successful development of students. It includes the responsibilities that teachers of the gifted and talented have in teaching the English language. Strategies for teaching the language in a natural and flowing way to increase intake and usage are also presented.
