The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of mediation procedure development. The Mediation Institute has come a long way to development until it was consolidated on a legislative basis, but still far from perfect, which hinders its effective application and its tasks, in particular: to be an alternative to the judiciary, thereby reducing the burden on courts and judges, from a large the number of cases that can be resolved using the mediation procedure. The author provides an opportunity to improve the mediation procedure by introducing amendments and additions to the legislation on mediation.

This paper examines methods of scientific research. The aim of the study is to develop methods for further analysis of the concept of "body" in the Yakut language picture of the world. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the main study is determined by the study of the concept of the Body in ethnic culture by studying the most ancient kind of folk creativity - epic, its language, attitude to the environment/or attitude towards man, woman, upper and lower world, mythology and rites. The practical significance of the work is the possibility of using the studied material, i.e. methods of research for qualitative analysis of the text, and to give conclusions in the preparation of indicators of folklore motives, in the courses of lectures on folklore of Yakuts and other Turkic people, having a single-crown beginning of the epic story of Olonho.

In work the perspective method of the solution of a world problem of standardization ethically of the caused design of objects of electronics and electrical equipment by means of the camera of Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) is considered, advantages of GDV-devices and feature of use of this innovative technology to solutions of the specified problem are analysed.

The work carried out a historiographic reconstruction of the conceptual justification of the terrorist war in Russia of the post-reform period. The concept of a terrorist war is seen as an alternative to the concept of the Russian liberation movement. On the basis of historical evidence of the «Russian Right», objective preconditions for the formation of the concept of a terrorist war are analyzed. It is shown that the Black-Hundred literature contained the basic definitions of revolutionary terror as a total war aimed at the destruction of the Russian national state. The psychodiagnostic characteristics of terrorists by Russian psychiatrists are given. The historiographic works of modern authors of the patriotic direction are reviewed, in which the concept of a terrorist war developed in black-hundred journalism has been rethought and supplemented. The author analyzed the statistical data and historical evidence of contemporaries about the leading role of revolutionary Jewry in a terrorist war. The reveals the issue of the formation of active participants and leaders of terrorist organizations from the the Jewish Pale, as well as the problem of sponsorship and ideological support of anti-Russian terror by the special services of Western countries. The author raised a topic concerning the ways and methods of resistance of the Russian people to revolutionary gangs. Given the main characteristics of the concept of a terrorist war as an anti-Russian, anti-state, criminal activity. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the concept of the Russian liberation movement is palliative, ideologically one-sided, Russophobic and does not reflect the objective processes of anti-Russian terror. Conversely, the concept of a terrorist war allows researchers to uncover historically accurate facts and approach an objective study of the causes and specifics of the phenomenology of terrorism in Russia.

This article is abour practical methods of teaching history that were used in pre-revolutionary Russian secondary education. These methods have proven themselves in the past and can be used in the present day history lessons, whether it’s 5-6th grade or high school. Abstract. The article is devoted to analysis of core functions and the leading trends in modern education comparative studies (comparative pedagogy), presented in the writings of the most authoritative representatives of pedagogical thought in the United Kingdom Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Against the background of the brief scientific essays portraits of several British scientists, it highlights the main ideas of scientific creativity, sketches of articles showing how their contents serve comparative literature in Britain as a whole (as an approach, method and the study per se). As a result of this comparative analysis, the author outlines the most important functions of the educational comparative science and the approaches on which it is based, that can be useful for the Russian education.

The present monograph gives a brief overview of the latest achievements in biosensor and multiplex immunological methods of research. The role of immunological researches in such scientific fields as human and animal infection disease detection, biosafety and biosecurity, food safety, environmental safety is discussed. The different types of immunological tests design have been described briefly; some formats of tests are shown in figures. The references are sufficient to allow the reader to examine interesting areas more deeply. The selected examples of biosensor and multiplex immunological methods are classified through their research format and their detection strategy. In conclusion, prospects of multiplex test system use as an immunological method of research for infectious diseases diagnostics is given.

Modern methods of project management are considered in the monograph, especially methodology Agile, which is the set of principles, the most important among them is the principle: «reaction to changes is more important than a consecution of plan». The methodology is aimed to minimize project risks through the ability to focus on the most valuable requirements as a result of open and transparent processes. The use of Agile-technology allows you to optimize costs, to reduce significantly the amount of documentation and to make the development process more creative and unique.

The article presents brief information about the concept of the language R, its main features for statistical analysis. Some methods of data analysis with R system are considered: one-dimensional statistical characteristics of the sample, the graphical method and the analytical method, the dispersion method, the correlation analysis and linear regression. Methods for estimating the correspondence between the distribution of experimental data to the standard law are also given.

Annotation. The implementation of the educational standards have called for systemic changes in the educational environment of the gymnasium at the primary level of General education. The authors tell about the organization of educational events of activity orientation, in which primary school students solve different project tasks - subject, interdisciplinary, over-subject, of different ages ones. Their role in providing metasubject educational results is emphasized, for example, the control –and- assessment independence of younger schoolboys is becoming a component of "ability to study".
