The article discusses the features of the development of speech communication in children with ASD, supported by practical examples, such as delay or lack of speech; echolalia; stereotypical or repetitive use of language; problems with the social context and understanding of figurative meaning; insufficient use of communicative intentions, which is important for creating individual approaches to the development of effective strategies that contribute to the communicative development of children with ASD.

The article discusses the main approaches to providing psychological assistance to children with ASD in overcoming the development of speech communications: early intervention, teaching alternative ways of communication, using visual supports, creating a supportive speech environment, developing individual training programs along with game motivation, etc., which help children develop communication skills in various situations of speech interaction.

The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.

Annotation. This article presents an analysis of research on the relationship of satisfaction with marriage with the ability to resolve conflicts, and the ability to distribute functions in the family. The article examines the statistics of divorces in Russia. What factors lead young married couples to divorce. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a widespread, severe neurobiological disorder that occurs in childhood and adolescence and has a negative impact on social functioning in adulthood. Currently, there are several strategies for the treatment of ADHD including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapeutic interventions. Due to the expansion of the range of available drugs, for practical doctors to choose the tactics of therapy and to set priorities in the treatment process becomes more challenging. The aim of this review is to systematize the evidence-based literature on the treatment of ADHD, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The review considers the main mechanisms of action of the drugs used, the role of non-drug methods of treatment, as well as drugs that are not widely used. The most relevant treatment approaches, which have been proven to be effective and safe, are discussed.

The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The social skills analysis algorithm is proposed; their relationships with communicative and personal characteristics, value orientations, self-esteem and self-efficacy are shown.

In recent decades, sleep deprivation has evolved from a single experimental data set to the status of an effective and affordable therapeutic intervention used in daily clinical practice. The mechanism of action of this method is aimed at the same neurotransmitter systems and brain regions as antidepressants. As in the case of pharmacotherapy for sleep deprivation, it should be used under close supervision of a physician. Clinical effects with sleep deprivation are achieved much faster than with psychopharmacotherapy, but they are not long-term in nature. It is possible to improve the results using a combination of pharmacotherapy and sleep deprivation. The use of sleep deprivation in clinical conditions is aimed primarily at preventing depression and its recurrence, as well as in cases resistant to pharmacotherapy. In modern conditions, the method of sleep deprivation is a significant alternative to traditional approaches to therapy of depression.

An analysis of Russian and foreign scientific literature revealed a significant number of studies aimed at studying the composition of biologically active substances of honeysuckle fruits, assessing their antioxidant potential, as well as identifying the features of pharmacological action. Despite the presence of cardio- and neuroprotective, antitumor and anti-inflammatory activity, antimicrobial and antidiabetic properties of the studied raw materials, honeysuckle fruits are not used in official medical practice, which determines the relevance and prospects for further research aimed at developing methods of standardization of raw materials, which will allow to develop new medicines derived from honeysuckle fruits.
