This article deals with the problem of practical training of acafemic bachelors and masters of welfare. The author considers the interaction between pedagogical institute and museum as a factor of practise-oriented training of future specialists for welfare institutions.

Using cognitive-conceptual analysis, the variants of of contensive correlation in verb formation of the English analytical phrasal verbs (with postpositions out, in) and German synthetic in nature prefixal verbs (with prefixes aus-,auf, ein-) with analytical derivation are considered. Notional (conceptual) synonymity of the role of of the corresponding English verbal postpositions and German prefixes in this process of perfective verb formation is analyzed.

Using cognitive-conceptual analysis, the conceptual notions of the Russian verbal perfective prefixes (prefix за- as a sample), being the typological correlations to the English postpositions of the phrasal verbs and the German separable verbal prefixes, are analyzed. Notional (conceptual) proximity of word-forming and word-chanching processes in the languages mentioned is considered.

In this article, synthesis of a new 3-heteroaryl-4H-coumarin with a 1,6-benzodioxocine fragment expanded by the size of the heterocycle in ring (B) under the conditions of the Knoevenagel reaction is considered. It is suggested that the novel compound could provide a basis for further antituberculosis drugs research.
