The problems of unemployment and employment directly affect the development of human resources and the labor market, as an essential element of a market economy. In this regard, the article examines the relationship between unemployment and the development of the regional economy. Understanding the main problems of unemployment in the regional economy contributes to the development by public authorities of effective solutions to complex socio-economic development. The author concludes that it is important to take into account the problems of unemployment at the regional level and the need for regular assessment of the causes of their occurrence while simultaneously developing optimal solutions to offset critical changes.

The task addressed in this work involves identifying the specifics and potential opportunities of digital technologies in the era of Industry 4.0 (both individually and through their integration) that are made available to education in the context of its digital transformation and transform it in the new concept «Education 4.0». The results show that not all digital technologies are equally applicable in the educational sphere.

Для оценки интеллекта использовалась шкала Бейли (3 редакция), для оценки НПР-таблицы, рекомендованные ВОЗ.
