The article deals with the problem of comic discourse in the collection of Mordovian fairy tales by S.V. Anikin. The authors shows the similarities of the Russian realistic tradition and the transformation of the folklore, analyzes the main means of creating a comic effect in the fairy tales and discovers the elements of the popular comic culture.

The article is devoted to the problems of compound words codification in the dictionaries of antonyms. The variants of interpretation of composites, taking into account not only dictionary definitions, but also the nuances of a complex manifestation of compound words in language and speech – stylistic heterogeneity, asymmetry of the semantic components of the composite, antonyms for secondary meanings and nuances of word, imagery and terminology opposition are explored. Through the example of the construction of various types of entries it is concluded that a dictionary of antonyms compound words is relevant, it reflects not only the complex structure of each polisemic composite, but also demonstrates its paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations.

This article deals with the implementation of educational technologies such as an activity in the museum for the purpose of forming cognitive competence of elder preschoolers. The projection of school educational technologies on pre-school children is also a mean of creating a succession of stages of education and school readiness, as well as the adaptation of future primary school children.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

Based on the analysis the authors have studied the definition of linguistic competence and the main stages of linguistic skills development in language teaching. The researchers have analyzed the main information and communication technologies, which make the teaching process more effective.

The article provides the analyses of modern active learning methods that activate and accelerate the acquisition of foreign language communicative competence, adaptation to foreign language environment. Namely, active methods – communicative and competence, whose components are «brainstorming», «mind maps», «needs analysis», synectic method, role-plays are the elements of critical thinking. These methods are the most effective and meet the requirements of a modern business man. The methods defined are aimed solely at attracting language capacity and the development of communication skills by enhancing higher order thinking.

In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). Based on the analysis of the data in 2016 of expert interviews and a survey of opinions of the representatives of various economic sectors, the authors managed to fix the trend of division of «new» and «old» humanitarian professions as the signal of labor market for the educational system. The article may be interesting for the managers of the system of professional training.

According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.

The article deals with understudied methodology of translation criticism and its developing methods; conducts critical translation analysis of the fairytale written by brothers Grimm – «Rotkäppchen». The object of this research is a text of the fairytale. The comparative method and the method of linguostylistic analysis allow to conduct critical translation analysis and give detailed description of lexical, grammatical stylistic means which are supposed to be the article subject. The article results are of great help for courses on linguistics, stylistics of English, German and Russian languages, intercultural communication, contrastive and text linguistics.

This article discusses the economic potential and development trend of Chuvash Republic. All important economic indicators of Chuvash Republic like, Gross Regional Production (GRP), employment, export, import, performance of credit organization, per capita income have been taken into consideration to analyze economic performance. This paper also shows how any increase in per capita income effects socio-economic condition. Finally, this paper proposes adequate and proper measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in policy formation and use of financial resources in Chuvash Republic on the basis of analysis. Only secondary source of data has been used for analysis.

The terminology practice, which is used in the legislation of constituent entities of the Russian Federation at the legislative initiative deputies right is a subject of research to the legislative authority in Russia. The article shows the analysis of legal acts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to highlight a systematic approach to the organization of the legislative process at the stage of the legislative initiative by deputies in regional parliaments. The investigation of the basic concepts used in relation to the association of deputies in regional parliaments as a subject of legislative initiative, has allowed to formulate the conclusion about the place of the deputy and deputy groups in the mechanism of legislative initiative.
