The experience of setting up and executing applied research to create a through technology for the production of functional food products for the population of the northern regions of Russia was reviewed.

In this article, the problem of the radioactive effect of radon aerosols on the population of the Lower Volga region is considered. The processes of occurrence of radon aerosols, as well as methods for reducing radon activity with the use of finishing materials, are considered.

В работе проведена оценка географической направленности, объемов и стоимости ввоза в РФ мяса говядины в условиях эмбарго. Для оценки использовались данные статистики внешней торговли таможенной службы России. Общие объемы поставок позиции 0201ТН ВЭД в 2014 году относительно 2013 года в натуральном выражении снизились на 12%, в стоимостном – на 9%. Географическая направленность поставок изменилась незначительно. Если в 2013 году основными поставщиками были Беларусь (54%), Украина (13%) и Бразилия (9%), то в 2014 году основными поставщиками стали Беларусь (73%), Бразилия (6%), Литва (5,7%) и Украина (6,2%). Ситуация по импорту мяса позиции 0202 ТН ВЭД осталась относительно стабильной: количество поставок упало на 10%, объем поставок в натуральном выражении снизился на 7%, в денежном – на 8%. Страны поставщики остались неизменны: в 2013 и в 2014 годах – Бразилия (53%) и Парагвай (24%).
