Dry mixing and dosing of components is recognized by many specialists as a universal method for producing some multicomponent products and is applicable for large and small food production.

В урбанизированной среде все большее внимание уделяется решению проблем загрязнения сточных вод, так как промышленно-ливневый сток с большим содержанием различного рода нефтепродуктов, взвешенных частиц, органических и минеральных примесей могут попасть в воду, используемую для нужд населения. Для предотвращения загрязнения воды, компанией ООО «СГС» были разработаны специальные комплексы очистки ливневых сточных вод, сочетающие в себе применение новых технологий и высокую степень очистки. Проведенные исследования на определение степени загрязненности воды нефтепродуктами и взвешенными частицами позволили оценить степень эффективность комплексов очистки вод в городе Санкт-Петербурге.

TO THE QUESTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECIPE-BASED FUNCTIONAL FOOD PRODUCTS INCLUDING GROWN IN THE CONDITIONS OF NORTH RUSSIA PLANTS

Твердые продукты пиролиза углеродосодержащих отходов (ТПП УСО) проявляют сорбционные свойства и могут использоваться для очистки сточных вод от тяжелых металлов и нефтепродуктов. Безреагентное удаление электролитов из ТПП посредством их обработки водой повышает их адсорбционную емкость. Эмиссию электролитов в водную фазу исследовали кондуктометрическим методом. В работе показано, что применение ультразвуковой обработки после встряхивания суспензии ТПП повышает эффективность деминерализации.

The article defines the composition of quality indicators and presents their main characteristics that have a direct impact on the quality of innovative software products used in the economic sphere. Quantitative values ​​of these characteristics can be obtained using appropriate mathematical tools. Therefore, to assess the quality of innovative software products, it is proposed to use a multi-criteria expert system and mathematical tools using weighting coefficients of indicators and scoring their variable characteristics.

The monograph contains research of background radiation of the population from natural radionuclides in the premises of the Lower Volga region and presents methods of protection against the influence of natural radionuclides. Direct studies have established the absorbed dose rate of the Lower Volga region in the premises of wooden, brick and concrete buildings. The frequency distribution of the effective specific activity of natural radionuclides in building materials is analyzed. It has been established that the dose received by the body over a long period leads to more serious damage than the same dose received in a short period.
