This article is devoted to the synthesis of cultural, competent and business-based approaches, which must be regarded as theoretical and methodological basis of training future managers for records management. Междисциплинарный курс (далее МДК) 01.01 «Теоретические основы организации обучения в начальных классах» изучается студентами педагогического колледжа на первом курсе обучения. МДК содержит массу терминов, без понимания которых невозможно усвоить теорию дидактики. В связи с этим автор считает необходимым организовать процесс обучения студентов таким образом, чтобы освоение новых понятий, относящихся непосредственно к их будущей профессии, прошел для них интересно и результативно. Поскольку группы разные по уровню подготовки, то необходимо учесть принципы личностно-ориентированного подхода к студентам.

The article considers the issues of military institute cadets teaching of Aviation English language as a language for special purposes in the process of profession-oriented training. В статье рассмотрены вопросы использования практико-ориентированных методов обучения для расширения экологической составляющей учебных программ и курсов на основных стадиях образования. Авторами отмечена недостаточная компетентность современных школьников и студентов в области практического применения полученных экологических знаний в повседневной практической деятельности. Предложено компенсировать этот недостаток путем внедрения практико-ориентированного подхода к преподаванию экологических дисциплин. В качестве средства реализации практико-ориентированного подхода предложены дистанционные курсы повышения квалификации для учителей общеобразовательных школ и преподавателей колледжей, призванные расширить экологическую компетентность педагогов. В заключении статьи детально охарактеризовано содержание шести курсов повышения квалификации на базе СГУГиТ, основанных на рассмотрении экологических проблем Новосибирска и Новосибирской области

The paper is devoted to investigation of priorities in the Russian educational space, which in today's globalized world is becoming an integral part of the world educational society. The authors examine the problem in the aspect of social philosophy, which determines the identification of the most common patterns in the development of being, thinking and society. In this aspect of the logic of research is an extrapolation of democracy, humanism, anthropocentricity principles on the processes of education development in a polycultural and multilingual space. Globalization involves a high level of mobility of professionals across the globe, involving into the orbit of the polycultural and multilingual education representatives of different nations, folks and social layers. Education as a process can not be realized without appropriate methodological tools, in function of which we consider teaching technologies and their integration with information and communication technologies. Technologies of inclusive education, health preservation, information and communication are the most relevant for the Russian education today. The methodological research base is represented by social and philosophical principles of systemacy, anthropocentrism, humanism, socio-cultural identity, universality and functionality.

The article analyzes the psychological problems of professional development and training of teachers in system of improvement of professional skill. The article reveals the main organizational and psycho-pedagogical principles of training of teachers in system of improvement of professional skill of teachers. The author actualizes the need for the introduction and use of interactive technologies, contributing to the development of value-semantic sphere of the teacher, overcoming of professional deformation. Among the major interactive technologies of teaching and the interaction is most clearly shown and described: the conflict-method teaching studio art therapy workshops as a specific means of training and professional development of the teacher.

В рамках личностно-ориентированного обучения авторы выделили следующие технологии, получившие широкое распространение в области иноязычного образования: обучение в сотрудничестве, технология дифференцированного обучения, портфель ученика.
